The Dominion building, built in 1928, was the previous location of Wellington's newspaper, "The Dominion." In the 1970's the paper shifted to a building across the road. This building was done in the Chicago style.

745 & 747 Dominion Square Shopping Center, Suites 22 & 23, Dominion Square, Culpeper, VA

Shoe Show opened in June 1986 and closed in 2023.

Tobacco Max opened in December 2021; it was originally a Hiway Auto, which opened in September 1986. It became a Hi-Gear Auto in September 1989, which closed in May 1997, and a Hallmark Gold Crown in 1998 (originally located here), which closed in June 2011.
