Située au sud-ouest du square Dominion (aujourd'hui square Dorchester et place du Canada), la gare a été bâtie en 1887 sous l'égide du Canadien Pacifique, également très présent dans le secteur du Vieux-Montréal.
The Dominion Foundry Site is a group of heritage industrial buildings in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The site was developed by Dominion Wheel & Foundries Limited, a rail parts manufacturer based in Toronto. The factory site was owned by Canadian Northern Railway and later by Canadian National Railway. The remaining structures on site consist of a foundry (153 Eastern; built 1950), warehouse (169 Eastern; built 1935), office building (171 Eastern; built 1930) and machine shop (185 Eastern; built 1917). These buildings were part of a much larger complex once engaged in building railway equipment, rolling stock, and machinery. In 2004, the site was added to the City of Toronto Heritage Property Inventory as having heritage significance.

I noticed that I negleted to take photos of my Dominion sets and now whenever I see new jp cars at stores I cant remember if I have them. So now im taking pictures of all the sets I have. 😅
Just before Christmas, I was working on a 3D sketch of this cinema which once stood in Southall. I've now completed a proper model. The complex collection of shapes has taken some sorting out!

In August 2017, my granddaughter, Viola, and I spent a day at Kings Dominion, in central Virginia, riding roller coasters. We had a great time together.
This is the Avalanche. It is the smoothest roller coaster you will ever ride.
