I think combat boots (especially Docs) are one of my new favorite shoes. What're your favorite shoes?

A sight that brought fear to our foes in WWII, a B-29 Superfortress in flight overhead. Today it just brings awe as the Commemorative Air Force's Doc flies over Drake Field in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Doc is one of only two B-29s still flying some 75 years after they took to the air.
The Sand Hills appears to be dry, and for the most part it is. It does retain water which helps ranchers in two ways, watering cattle and for growing hay and alfalfa. These lakes also form wetlands for migratory birds. Here, another empty coal train passes Doc Lake, west of Whitman, Nebraska.

liv is on an unbranded action figure body that i got some of on ebay (i'm happy about these because they fit some barbie stuff and are all hard plastic, no squidgy torsos), but she is a ringtoy jack the ripper "realistic" head, which i chose to mod for olivia octavius because her animated design is very pointy and this head was already kind of pointy.
i still need to paint her lips, eyebrows, and maybe some shading on the face, but wanted to show the progress so far.

"Doc," one of two airworthy B-29s in existence, makes its final approach for landing at Cleveland's Burke Lakefront Airport.
These are my favorite shoes.
One day I went digging around in the basement for photoshoot props and sitting in a basket are these shoes. I freaked out and ran upstairs to ask my mom why she never showed me these, since they are exactly my size, and she said that 12-year-old me was too self-conscious back in the day to wear them, so she had put them in a basket and forgotten about them. (stupid 12-year-old me, seriously, what was I thinking.) She's a yardsailing queen and got them at a yard sale for $8, even though according to ebay they are worth 44x that because sienna miller wore this edition for nylon magazine once.
As you can see in some of the comments, I was debating on selling them a while ago, but I am so glad I didn't! I love them too much to part with.
