"Doc" is one of only two flying B-29's. Restored over a 16 year period in the same hangar in Wichita, Kansas where it was originally built by a volunteer group that included many former Boeing employees who worked on her original construction_DSC0169

One of the 2 last flying B-29's still flying, "Doc" prepares to taxi to the runway prior to take off. An amazing machine that was lovingly restored by a large group of volunteers.

Bom dia!
Especially in the Northeast of Brazil, the consumption of sugar and its derivatives is immense. It is understood, Brazil has been one of the biggest sugar producers for centuries, since the introduction of sugar cane in the 16th century by Portugal, and at the beginning of everything, the Northeast region was the main sugar producer in Brazil.
In the photo we see "sweets" made from fruits of different origins, cashew, fruit from here, South America, coconut, coming from Southeast Asia, jackfruit, brought from India, and passion fruit, native to tropical regions of America.

Today's story and sketch by me #1375, is about the pedestrian who was moments ago was dropped out of a space portal, actually a dimension black hole. Turns out this pedestrian is actually a Veterinarian from the Planet Wahuum, in Dimension Nine. His name is Doctor Wiki, a Baybeast specialist, one of the most popular pets on Wahuum. The Doc was just about to get a front and rear Slime Sample from a five hundred pound Baybeast, when the Muck Pond he and the beast were in, began to spin, and then got cloudy and disappeared, the Doc arrived here after two hours of spinning trough time and space, before arriving where you see him standing, very dazed and confused. Just what happened to the Baybeast, I have no idea. But from what I have learned from Deputy JB, it is really good the Beast may have found a new home somewhere, other than on this Tropical Volcanic Planet we call Budahunga, until next time, Tata the Rod Blog.
Oh man, I'm soooo easily distracted. I planned some Monkey Island builds for the end of the year.... err... I mean, x-mas builds, no, no, actually something for my lug contest. Nope, not that either, an Elton John fig. Yeah that's it. No, the other guy that looks like him actually.

What was Doc hankering for after his mini-vacation? . . . banana crème pie of course. We found the most delicious homemade type pies in our grocer's freezer, and we add fresh banana's for a real treat.
