A tough train to chase. They go less than 20 mph and are headed away from the sun. This is the only spot where they turn to the southwest on their journey from Bismarck to Max ND. I had only a short time to chase them because I was just in central North Dakota for the day and had clients to see, but I really wanted to get some train shots while there. This spot was 4 miles down a "minimum maintenance" road, but I'm glad I caught 'em.
