Mike and I a couple of years ago before his diagnosis.
Mike had his first really bad flare in early september but we think he has had DM since his late teen years, that is when the fatigue and really purple face started but he was not able to get a dx until he was 30 years old.

This line comes out of Rapid City, up ahead, from where I took pics of the derailed cars. I know it goes off to the east and went through Scenic and on eastward somewhere. It hasn't been in use for decades and the rails have been long gone. Now they are removing all the old ties.
I'm Jessie, 21, just recently diagnosed with DM. These pictures are from my recent college formal (April 2007) before treatment (make-up can only do so much, but oh well).
