This housewife and her husband are attending a wedding today when the housewife came downstairs dressed to go out in just her kitten heels her husband had to take action. She took, what she thought, was the easy choice and put on those comfortable shoes. Her husband had other ideas though. He doesn't consider her comfort relevant. Such lapse standards need to be punished. Being locked up like this in the shoes he's picked out for her should remind her of the consequences of making poor choices.
I used my betel nut box from Thailand but any box would work. My box measures 8.5x9.5" , 8" high with the depth of the container part 2.25". I used several sizes of pharmacy bottles to create separate compartments. Now I can easily find the tool I want to use with the added benefit of being able to carry all the tools to different "clean" work spaces.

Some of you have asked me how this series with matches was shot. Here are the details:
I did this experiment in the kitchen in the evening. The room was dimly lit with one ceiling light behind my back. On the table I placed my nieces' stool to hang my black velvet skirt over it for a backdrop. I used a desk photo clip to place the match and a lighter to light the match.
I used two flashes: one on the camera as master and the other as slave. The master didn't fire, I only used it to trigger the slave since I don't have the pocket wizard. I placed the slave to the left of the match between the match and the backdrop pointing towards the match and the camera at the angle of 45 degrees or so. The flash was set to 1/16 power. My colleague from work was kind enough to lend me his flash.
The camera was on a tripod and released via remote shutter release.

I don't care for motivation, it's unreliable and isn't worth my time.
No, it's far better to cultivate discipline than to rely on fleeting motivation. Force yourself to do things, to practise, to never give up. Discipline helps you survive in hazardous situations, where motivation would flee and leave you alone in despair.
Life isn't about how to keep yourself motivated, it's about how to train yourself to work without it.

Dad (a farmer) wore this belt in his jeans everyday when I was younger. I always loved the design of the leather and how it filled the belt loops of his jeans.
He wasn't afraid to use it either ... he took this belt to my arse many times and he didn't stop until my arse was burning sore ... dad's whippings weren't soon forgotten!
Dad's boys are in for a treat ... this big 2" wide tan leather belt is cut from 4mm thick leather hide. Applied liberally to a lad's arse, a whipping by this strap won't soon be forgotten ... just as it should be 😈
