Deva castle in Transylvania, Romania. We went up to the 250 meter high castle hill using the funicular. The view from up there was spectacular - the entire city and the surrounding valley could be seen.

Six of us from Georgia flew to Las Vegas for a week's vacation. On Monday, Jim and I drove from Las Vegas to Death Valley, California to spend the night at Furnace Creek Ranch. On Tuesday we explored more of Furnace Creek Village and drove to Stovepipe Wells to meet Judy Mosby. We saw The Devil’s Corn Field, The Dunes, and Mosaic Canyon.
