Hello there! I hope all is well my friends! I am such a pizza person and Margherita is my favorite type/flavor of pizza. Now I have a beautiful one in-world. This is a mega post featuring the West Village Pacific Patio Fatpack and the set is new to the Belle Event. After the event it will be at the mainstore! The Fatpack has so many amazing things in it. My inspiration was a beautiful patio dining area to enjoy not only the food and company but the view. This is what I came up with using these items. Full details are on the blog. Feel free to have a look! BONUS pics on the blog and Facebook page! Thank you so much and have a blessed day! xoxo <3333 Ebony

Honey Bee on lavender!

In thinking of gourds, most people would think of pumpkins, or perhaps the bright colors for the season...but in photographing these gourds, I particularly like the detailed lines that are so evident. What a distinct element! Hope you enjoy!

This is for Macro Monday's "Crack" theme. I'm finding these challenging, but really good to stretch the imagination & photography skills.

So this is a crack in one of the bricks on our house. Rotated horizontally for easier viewing. A couple of things this made me think about:

My wife is going to kill me because the first time I post a photo of the bricks that make our house, I post a cracked one. With a weed growing out of it. 😬

Isn't it cool the way nature takes over manmade items eventually, our house being 25 years old (this is probably more a testament to what a lazy handyman I am looking after the place). I love those old temples in Cambodia where the trees have consumed the temples. They look amazing! 😮 Must dig out some old pics of that.

Rotating the pic to horizontal made me wonder what if we lived in a horizontal world, you know if there wasn't gravity & stuff, what would humans look like? Would we be horizontal instead of standing/sitting vertically as well? Would we have 2 legs& 2 arms on the same side of the body? Would we watch TV sideways? We would look at contact's photos on Flickr laying down, in which case this photo would be the right way up. Or would it. Too hard to think about for this tired brain 🤔😵‍💫

Anyway I digress sorry, have a fantastic week ahead ✌😀

This beautiful Hawk* was found out in Idaho sitting on an irrigation wheel - calling out to its mate to warn it that I am near. The mate was on the ground about 500 feet away hunting as well. (* --I believe a Red Tail or Red Shoulder - need to see wings open to tell.)

I often have very immersive, detailed dreams. I dream about all kinds of things and often the games that I play. When I saw this outfit, I thought Baulders Gate. The elven look came together easily and Found a great pose on MP with a bow.

In the middle of the night

I go walking in my sleep

From the mountains of faith

To the river so deep

I must be looking for something

Something sacred I lost

But the river is wide

And it's too hard to cross

Even though I know the river is wide

I walk down every evening and I stand on the shore

I try to cross to the opposite side

So I can finally find out what I've been looking for

In the middle of the night

I go walking in my sleep

Through the valley of fear

To a river so deep

I've been searching for something

Taken out of my soul

Something I'd never lose

Something somebody stole

I don't know why I go walking at night

But now I'm tired and I don't want to walk anymore

I hope it doesn't take the rest of my life

Until I find what it is that I've been looking for

Museum van Bommel van Dam, the museum for modern and contemporary art in North Limburg, is presenting an anniversary exhibition this fall of the realistic painter Evert Thielen (1954), born in Venlo. For over 50 years, he has been making extremely detailed paintings and meter-high polyptychs with self-made paint and gives his own twist to classical genres.

Al ruim 50 jaar maakt hij uiterst gedetailleerde schilderijen en metershoge veelluiken met zelfbereide verf en geeft hij een eigen draai aan klassieke genres.

Not the most detailed shot, but still I chose this one to end this series of American Avocets for two reasons. First I think the flying away symbolizes the end, and secondly it is a stepping stone to the next set of shots I will post that were taken the same evening under some really great light.

Earlier when I saw that the light may be nice, I quickly headed to Elk Island in hopes of getting a particular shot that I had imagined. The image that I was going to try to get would have been a backlit shot looking into the sun in order to get a silhouette type shot with rim lighting accentuating an outline of their graceful curves. Not asking for too much, eh? Well it never happened. The beach still had many visitors and there were only two Avocets, both of which were packing it in for the night and flew away upon my arrival near the beach allowing me only a couple of quick unprepared shots, this being the best of them. I hung around a short while thinking they may return, but they didn't, likely leaving to join the rest of their friends who were no where in sight.

Not the magical image I had imagined, but all in all I am still quite happy with it, plus the outing furnished me with a bunch of other shots that I am thrilled with. So often the case, plan for one thing and come home with something completely different.

I sincerely apologize for both slow uploads lately (while the reasons are studies and DS II) and this shot being not a car-related one.

But the game sure can not just "grab attention", it simply "devours" me and it continues to constantly amaze and awe me as well!

Fantastic aesthetics, incredibly rich and detailed worlds and surroundings, wonderfully beautiful graphics, brutally hard but quite interesting combat mechanics (though it really IS hard in the beginning, especially playing the SotFS for the very 1st time w/out experiencing base game or Dark Souls I beforehand), and more!

Also I want to point out that this is nothing more than a "channel update", especially when it's 1440p, vanilla SotFS w/out any additional graphical enhancements, mods or something.

Well, I think that pretty much covers it. Thank you for your attention!

Like how Sharp this turned out.

Macro, detailed imprint on our window. I don’t believe the dove was injured when it collided.

What is left behind is called powder down, which is a dry, talc-like lubricant present at the base of the bird's feathers. Down feathers grow on geese, ducks, swans, herons, pigeons, doves, etc. They help waterproof the feathers and mix with waxy preening oil from glands at the base of the tail.

Down feathers aren't molted. Instead, they grow continuously and crumble over time to become powder down. They have a secondary use for the integrity of the longer feathers!

Ruby-throated Hummingbird perched in the garden. I think the feather detail came out very well on this one. Thanks for visiting and I do appreciate all the Faves and Comments.
