Metro North’s second wrapped heritage unit leads #728 to Grand Central in the early morning rush of August 14th, 2023. GE P32AC-DM #201 is painted in a Conrail inspired paint scheme only seen on their small fleet of FL9’s that once roamed down the very same line.

and I didn' had any plans to buy her, but a doll on sale is a doll on sale, right?! The shoes are to die for, so pretty and they were actually the hole reason why I choose her...well, the hole "Snow White and the seven dwarfs is my second favorite Grimm Tale" kind of helped, but that's not the point (and having a doll with a widow's peak like me it's kinda cool, even though mine is kind of straight...ish.) Her hair is amazing, I used to think that dolls with no part line (with bangs and/or animal ears) were a no no, but they're actually the bomb, I mean,you don't have to worry about messing it up and you can part her hair in any direction anytime (She's hairtastic, 10/10) and I also repainted the white part of her eyes, just because I'm not a fan of that ugly shadow .

Le début de la construction du château du Barroux date du xiie siècle, par un donjon de type médiéval. En 1538, il devient la propriété d'Henri de Rovigliasc, comte de Veynes qui le modifie pour en faire une splendide demeure, parfait témoignage de son époque Renaissance, tout en maintenant un aspect défensif. With the engineer on board who led the project to reinstate this locomotive in 2019/2020 when both were at DB Cargo, Locomotive Services Group's latest acquisition, Class 90, 90026 makes its debut for its new owners - flying through Hartford with 5Z47 0930 Crewe Holding Sidings to Carnforth North Junction.
As well as giving 90026 its first test run under its new ownership, the trip to Carnforth was also being used to shakedown the Statesman Rail stock post-refurbishment, ahead of returning to revenue-earning service later in the week.
The southbound leg of the run would also allow 90002 "Wolf of Badenoch" (on the rear in this photo) a run out after traction motor repairs.

Depuis 2001, les « Lézarts de la Bièvre » organisent tous les ans, le deuxième week-end de juin, une journée porte ouverte sur les ateliers d’artistes du quartier. L’occasion de découvrir une centaine de créateurs, peintres, céramistes, sculpteurs, photographes, …
Chaque année, un artiste est désigné pour baliser les parcours menant aux ateliers. De nombreux « vestiges » restent avec le temps. Une ballade dans le quartier de la Butte aux Cailles constitue un véritable parcours découverte des artistes graffitis de ce début du XXIème siècle.
Louise Delarue alias Louyz s’est lancée dans le street-art fin 2018. Mais elle a une double casquette et peint également des trompe-l’œil et autres fresques murales. Il faut dire que dans la famille le gène est omniprésent, on est muraliste de génération en génération : Son grand-père est Fabio Riéti et sa mère est Leonor Riéti. Alors la peinture elle connaît un peu. L’animal récurrent qu’elle a commencé à coller dans la capitale est le lézard. A chaque fois il semble sortir d’un trou du mur, on ne fait pas des trompe-l’œil pour rien
Elle a métamorphosé complètement la façade de cette maison particulière en la transformant en un lieu de visite de ce quartier de la Butte aux Cailles. Au premier regard on a l’impression d’être dans une jungle verdoyante amazonienne, mais en y regardant de plus près l’arrière plan, on voit bien que nous nous situons en région parisienne. Une magnifique réalisation qui nous transporte dans un autre monde, un peu moins urbain quand même
