I use an old car piston and a leather mallet to hammer the ring into the depression.
Every 5 blows or so, switch the ring to dome both sides evenly. Anneal as soon as it gets hard.
Once the piston hits the dapping block, move the ring to a smaller depression.
Okay, here's the thought: Dapper Dude will be a complete outfit: top hat + shirt/tie/vest + sleeve garters + trousers + shoes + gloves. There will be an extras pack (sold separately) with accessories and props: cigar, specs, corsage, snake oil bottle, carpet bag, beer glass, etc., etc.
Bad things happened when I made this ring, which was going to be for me, dammit. I dapped a ding in the center of the 'cab', and the etch really wasn't deep enough to be abused so. The solder joining the bezel ran when I soldered on the band, and in my attempt to file the line smooth I filed too much. It's my first day off in two months and I am done with my ring, dammit.

Ethereum as bitcoin has gained lots of traction in the cryptocurrency industry. However unlike Bitcoin that is regarded as the future currency, Ethereum is much more than a currency. It is a decentralized blockchain which is powered by Ether token that allows users to trade, earn interest on their investments through staking, use and store non-fungible tokens (NFTs) as well as trade cryptocurrencies as well as play games and engage in social media. It is regarded as the next stage on the web.
Recently the Ray of Light from CollabifyTV created a video tutorial explaining Ethereum for people new to the blockchain and cryptocurrency technology. CryptoCrisps, a crypto enthusiast, has given the video a 5 star rating in a recent review.
Beginners Guide to Ethereum

It is well-known that ethereum is a lot more than just a cryptocurrency, it is the second largest blockchain project worldwide. This article we will find out how Ethereum has moved to Ethereum 1.0 and has now moved to Ethereum 2.0, and how it will benefit various businesses.
Ethereum wasn`t always the second-largest blockchain project. Vitalik Buterin co-founded the project in order to fix the shortcomings of Bitcoin. It was in 2013 that Buterin released The Ethereum white paper that described smart contracts. They are automatic, unchangeable "if-then" statements that allow applications that are decentralized (DApps) to be developed.

The Shipbuilding series of pendants are inspired by a song of the same name, made as part if my Song Lore blog series.
They are made from brass with Ice Resin and various found objects, brass components, bits of paper from an old nautical themed card, freshwater pearls, and glass beads. The resin is crystal clear, and very reflective, and amplifies the collage inside the brass pendant with amazing detail. Unfortunately, they are so reflective, they are a bit hard for me to photograph, but I love each one dearly!
This pendant was made from a raw brass frame pendant, which was heated with flame to give it interesting coloration. Some of the pendants in this series were also hand domed with a hammer and dapping block. The pendant was then carefully filled with the paper and found object bits and covered with a water-like layer of crystal clear resin.
This series of resin pendants were inspired by a group of vintage Valentine's Day cards that I found at an antique shop. The cards had been written upon and sent to the owners' sweethearts. They looked like they had been saved for years and well loved. I like the idea of taking a piece from someone's long ago love affair and adding that to a piece of jewelry, possibly to be bought and sent by someone to their own love. It gives it a history of hearts!

This series of resin pendants were inspired by a sheet of reproductions of vintage matchbook cover art. I thought it would be really cute to pair the matchbooks with actual matches and embed them into resin

A floating heart....
In my original concept for this design...I was planning on setting a faceted round pink dyed quartz bead...but the rivet wire ended up being too short! Turns out this heart was way better! Made from sterling silver...and I domed the circle in a dapping block and hammered the inside slightly.
