Solo tu perchè eri l'unico che veniva a farmi visita! L'obbiettivo era ben altro però pazianza. Fringuello maschio in splendida ambientazione. Solitamente è un soggetto che non desta molto mio interesse fotografico ma questa volta non potevo lasciarmi scappare un così bell'esemplare in una cornice così perfetta. Ringrazio l'amico Pietro per avermi concesso un po' di tempo al suo capanno.
I have not idea what was going on here, but when I looked over between the sets of waves I saw these girls "posing" and taking pictures of one another with their cell phones.Not exactly a "beach pose" that I remember...
playing with the 20mm f1.8 on the full frame D800 on a grim, wet morning on Birnam Hill. Roll on spring!
I took my new D800 to flex it's high ISO muscles tonight to the nearby village of Uwchmynydd.
Alas, despite it being nice and calm when I left here, 20 minutes later at the top of the hill, and at the edge of the coast, it was a completely different story, the wind was very strong and cloud was all around.
I'll certainly be keeping an eye on the skies and heading back in the next few nights.
Overall, the D800 pleases very much :)

With the black 45surf surfboard! It gets hot in the sand in the sun! Wearing a leather Buffalo Nickel Cowboy Hat! :)
Combine the shallow-depth-of-field with Sony NEX-6's latest face-tracking auto focus, and you can see how the moving video keeps the model's pretty blue eyes in focus, while blurring the background! The Sony Alpha NEX 6 has much better bokeh than the cameras I have been using! :)
She was tall, thin, fit, toned, defined, and beautiful!
