Theatre as a form of communication. Maybe not many to many but at least quite a few to a whole lot. Somewhere here among these old ruins is the beginnings of what is now cyberspace, which better and faster technology keeps making more manifest in our lives.

 

When they built this thing they probably could not imagine how communication could ever get better than this.

 

I can imagine it getting better than what we have now in 2005 - but I imagine more or less what we have now only better. Hard to imagine something new that is as different as these computers are from this theatre.

Lt General James K. "Kevin" McLaughlin, Deputy Commander of USCYBERCOM, will deliver a keynote speech discussing the military's role in cybersecurity for the nation, as well as providing an update on USCYBERCOM’s journey to build cyber-ready forces and to employ them when significant cyber attacks against the nation require DOD support.
