Ryde, 27th International Scooter Rally Isle of Wight. The largest Scooter Rally in the UK, takes place each year over the August Bank Holiday . Visitors come from all over the world to see the wonderful array of scooters.
This year we saw scooters that were customised with everything from matchsticks to embossed Spanish saddle leather. It was fabulous to catch up with some of the riders again, and see the fabulous clothing that some wore.
I'm using MP board to make this toy. "MP" stands for Multi Purpose Board. This is a better medium than paper because it's more solid and it doesn't get blown away or crushed so easily. The best of all is that you can customise it with any medium of your choice!
Toy Description:
-This board is about 1 mm in thickness
-Using Super glue or Uhu glue to join it together
-Using Sand paper to sand it smooth
Customising the surface:
-Using spray paint ,water paint, drawing maker or any medium on it.
Not satisfied with the outcome? Don't worry, you can always use thinner and it wipe off. See it's just that simple !

Rise of cobra Cobra commander with a removable mask and a slight repaint. weathered the chest armor. and repainted the skin.
This elegant girl is a TANGKOU DOLL! She is another Chinese version of a color change eye doll. Instead of pull string she has a button operating her color change & another lever to close her eyes for sleep eyes. With her pixie like face I think she has to be made into a pixie or sprite of some sort. Apparently a few girls are getting these to customise so I thought I would give one a try! I like collecting all these different models, it's fun. Looking at the eye chips I think Pullip chips would fit. Blythe chips might have to be sanded down a bit.I was wrong blythe chips fit - dont use Pullips.

Saw these on way home last evening, what a stroke of luck. Great turn out of some pretty awesome vehicles. They meet every second Wednesday at 'The Greyhound', Stourbridge. Well worth a look.

I know that the word classic is somewhat over used but it definitely applies in this case.A classic in my view means something that cannot be improved upon and the original Mini is a case in point.I know this one has been customised and maybe not to some peoples taste(I think its OK,not too fussy or elaborate) but the basic shape and design has been retained and that will always shine through no matter how many bells and whistles are hung on it.(...as for the new Minis,not a bad effort but it does prove the point that the original classic cannot be improved on.)

Fremont street Las Vegas holds a classic car cruise event every year, these shots were taken during the event in 2007.
This years event takes place June 2nd to June 4th 2009 a worthwhile visit to Fremont street if in town on these dates.
Miette and I woke up early enough today to catch the last few rays of the sun, so we decided to take a few pictures.
