I've been working on this for about 2 months now. Ever since I first found out that Jem fashions & shoes from Hasbro fit Moxie Teenz, I've wanted to customise a Moxie Teenz Tristen as Jem.
Her "Jerrica" wig & fashion isn't complete, but tonight I finally repainted her eyebrows and enhanced her make-up. The excellent opaline stockings came from Laura at The Daughter Who Sews, and the fashion is from the 1st Edition Jem from 1986.
Earrings came from ebay. Alas, they do not light up...
This girl has had a face touch up. I fixed her eye brows and since she was no longer original I added blush.

All these images were taken on 17th Aug at Battlesbridge. There were lots of cars, bikes and scooters there but before I got round them all the rain started! Just a little taster of the day! Some of the effects I used I got from Smart Photo Editor.
The brewers house has had a brick-built door added and another small nougat roof. The tan pieces under the stairs are meant to represent hay or straw.
The blacksmiths has a wheel winch added but the angle mainly shows the heavily textured wall. The sprung piece for the light brick is visible at the lower right. It is built into the forge inside to add a red glow.
Customising toys can be pretty fun and challenging especially if they are small like the lego figures.
Just the basic Daniela that came out ages ago, so decided to spice her face a little, because I found it a little boring after a while. I was going for a punk-ish face so really, this outfit only looks good on her.
I only used paint for her face. Since the Liv Doll range doesn't have any fairly "normal" wig I found this awesome Moxie Teenz wig. Although the one thing I didn't like about it was when I opened from the box it felt really sticky and gross to touch, but after a wash with warm water it was perfect :).
This was originally a frozen cheese pizza, but Rachel and I added fresh bacon and tomato for a custom pizza chomp.
I recently finished customising two Kidz n Cats dolls for a lady in Switzerland, I thought I'd share their new look :)

Just an introduction to my first pullip who originally was a Chelsea.
Kiyumi's name was given to me by one of my good friends but her nickname is Kim, so at least everyone can pronounce that.
She has the type 4 body and also a broken ankle, that's not obvious in the pictures. Hopefully I can get a new wig, eyes and body for her birthday, which is late February.
So far she has had 17 faces which I have painted not very good I might add would probably be her final face-up.
Kiyumi is dressed in her stock with some alterations done by me.

I've been playing around with the picture controls on my D90. I found that the Monochrome setting isn't really worth a damn, so I made my own, more contrasty one, in VeiwNX's Picture Control Utility. It doesn't work that well in a lot of situations but since I take my photos in RAW I can always revert back to a standard setting later.
