More 'found' images from a small meet up in the summer with some local blythe friends. This is my doll, plum, customised by me with a Piparrot mohair reroot.
This is a close up collection of my Catwalk work. You can see the colours I used on the left eye, and can also see that I used lower lashes on that eye and also a bit of white eyeliner to make the eye seem enlarged. Eye enlargements are a big thing when it comes to Harajuku Fashion. You can also see the Ombre Lip I created. For this, I first covered the lips in a pale concealer, then a little bit of pink lip stain. I then went on to use a brown lip liner, which I took slightly over the lip line to help me create a bigger Cupids Bow. Finally, I went in with a bright yellow lipstick from Stargazer in the center of the lips and blended this and the brown together.
The bottom right hand picture shows my model wearing the leotard I bought and customised. I purchased some Kawaii Cabochons and glued them onto the right hand side of the leotard. My reason for this being that I wanted to bring the accessorising side of Harajuku Fashion into the piece, and I believe that doing this and having the headdress really brought that side of the fashion out.
Ran out of L's In our secondhand Placard medium condensed for our latest print, so had to customise an E. Not ideal, but needs must and it worked out ok.

I'm using MP board to make this toy. "MP" stands for Multi Purpose Board. This is a better medium than paper because it's more solid and it doesn't get blown away or crushed so easily. The best of all is that you can customise it with any medium of your choice!
Toy Description:
-This board is about 1 mm in thickness
-Using Super glue or Uhu glue to join it together
-Using Sand paper to sand it smooth
Customising the surface:
-Using spray paint ,water paint, drawing maker or any medium on it.
Not satisfied with the outcome? Don't worry, you can always use thinner and it wipe off. See it's just that simple !
