So I did some Cuphead figures 2 years ago, and I felt that I can sort of continue to do so in certain ways, I'm planning on making certain characters from the DLC with Miss Chalice, perhaps certain other bosses too. I came up with the idea to make Cagney based off Poison Ivy's Plant mech, a mediocre build, I plan on making something more fitting for her, but for now I managed to make this beauty, the hardest part was figuring out the petals for him, I think they look okay, perhaps I'll figure something out soon, my favorite part is his face, it looks really good and pretty accurate.
A scene from the Tim Burton Batman movie, I believe this is the first time we see the Batman properly, it definitely stuck in my mind as a kid and tried to re-created the scene with my action figures! There was no Lego Batman in those days lol
Happy Holidays one and all ; )
I finally got back to building a Nam era M113, While I've made quite a few over the years the last time I put a Nam variant on Flickr was April 2013..so it's been longer then I thought! Anyways here is one of the Minesweeper variants, the rollers at front turn completely around independently and the arms move both inwards and out as well as up and back. The M113 is the most widely used APC ever made..least so far
Total edit by Todd aka Florida Shoooter..massive thanks and credit to Todd as most of my pics do need lots doing to them as I'm just not great at taking pics.
Updated my Halftracks here and there..thought id post one of them..especially now the BA 50s are available.. i swapped out the 30s to be more accurate..was not sure if they would fit but they were a straight swap..ive turned the ammo boxes upside down to represent those large AA ammo boxes these used..works for me ; )
Balrog/Rancor Hybrid.
Started with a Rancor minifig and sculpted into a Balrog. By far the largest custom fig I’ve made, maybe not the most detailed though.
Inspired by awesome SW/LOTR mashup artwork from @jakebartok
Thanks to my local games shop, @warehouse51games for all the supplies (lots of greenstuff, mordant earth, etc)

Check out my latest microscale creation, it features a moving wave mechanism. Overall happy with this attempt, considering I little to no experience and parts in Technic.
Made for a Lego Ideas contest, a gwp type of set, with some sort of movement and less than 250 parts.

Inspired by real Japanese drift missiles, this S13 was built to slide, not shine 😎
Mismatched panels, exposed intercooler, roll cage and a rough street look — all made from LEGO bricks!
It’s a tribute to grassroots drift culture, where every dent has a story and every slide is pure fun 🔧💨
🔧 Specs:
– Base: Nissan S13
– Scale: LEGO Speed Champions
– Style: Drift Missile / Garage-built
– Features: detailed interior, exposed turbo setup, raw drift attitude
I took a lot of inspiration from the S13 shape done by rebrickable.com/users/CustomCreationsYT/mocs/; however, the building techniques are different, and my model doesn't have gaps nor studs besides the ones that hold the mirrors

The M548 tracked cargo carrier is a variant of the M113 APC. This vehicle was developed in 1965. It is a general purpose transport vehicle, intended to carry cargo or ammunition to forward areas. This tracked carrier is no longer in service with the US Army. It was exported to Argentina, Canada, Israel, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and some other countries. It is still operational with some export operators.
The original M548 supply carrier was powered by Detroit Diesel 6V53 turbocharged diesel engine, developing 210 hp. Engine is mounted behind the cab. Vehicle has a low ground pressure and performs well in rugged terrain. The M548 is fully amphibious. On water it is propelled by it's tracks. Vehicle can be airlifted by the C-130 Hercules. It's height can be reduced by removing canvas top and folding windscreen.
A number of the M548 variants were developed and fielded, including minelayer, recovery vehicle, various radar carriers, missile launchers. A stretched version with 6 road wheels was also used.
I really like these kinds of vehicles, might have to try make a Radar carrier version at some point soon. The bottom clips on and off so it can be used between this upper chassis and the M113 upper chassis so they are interchangeable quickly ; )
Thanks to Todd for the idea
Dusted the old girl out again and thought id take a shot of the back as id never shown it before, being Old Dark Grey i thought it might be a pain to come up with a cage like structure on the back but it just seem to flow together quite quickly. I used my grey background as I'm limited in time today but usually with a grey model i would prefer to use white, maybe later i will swap the pic out. On the ammo cans being upside down, it's to represent the AA ones the real deal used..so i did it on purpose before any smart-ass wants to mention that ; ) ..sorry if your bored of my updates or additons rather then new models but i tend to like to update as much as build new stuff all the time.
Bit of info on the Half-track
The M15 was to replace the M13 and M14 as they weren't meeting expectations.
The M15 was made from a M3 Half Track chassis. It had the rear compartment removed and the M42 multiple gun mount was mounted on the flat bed. The guns could rotate a full 360°.
Armament
The 37 mm could fire 40 rounds per minute and the MGs 500 rounds per minute. The M15 had a 37 mm M3E1 and two .50 cal MGs in a combined mount, the 37 mm gun had ceiling of 6,200 yards, range of 8,875 yards. The .50 cal MGs had range of 7,200 yards.
Also guys, a lot of my Lego sets and custom work and parts will be moving on to other people as soon as i sort my Bricklink out and assuming others want them, I'm massively down sizing my whole collection.
Our 9th kit is up, you knew this one had to be coming! It has a removable helmet and asymmetric details on the legs, the entire figure is covered in accurate detailed armor, belts, pouches, etc...
The parts shown are lightly finished with super fine steel wool and 600 grit wet-sanded.
Kit is meant for experienced customizers and not for play by children!
I had heard of Siren Head before, I was going to make him anyways due to both how creepy he looked, and a monster with a siren (or 2 sirens) was kind of funny to me, but due to recent surge in popularity, I knew I had to figure out a way to make him. I took some inspiration from other Lego Siren Heads, I feel that I might have made him a bit big, I excused it though because he is pretty big anyways. I of course had to paint some parts because I didn't have all of the necessary pieces in the color I needed. I think this looks pretty good though.
Oh here he is, I figured some of you may have figured out who this migh lead to, for those of you who don't know, this horrifying version originated from a YouTube 8-Bit animator called Lumpy Touch, it then created a new internet phenomenon with people drawing Garfield (and a few other characters, bit mostly Garfield), as a demonic or terrifying creature, there's even a whole SubReddit for all of that stuff, so I figured that I could giv this a try at making. So I know he looks kind of weird built as a legend beast, but originally when I was building him he was going to be much bigger, but then I realized I didn't have enough pieces, so I knew it would be better to build him in a way where he's still big, but simplified. Also he has seemed to have found Jon, because he needs someone to torture and taunt, and someone to feed him lasagna for the rest of eternity.
All of my US half-tracks, I have another but it's a Captured Afrika Korps version. Hope to take a better picture soon. So yes they still exist lol. I've never actually shot a picture of them all together until now! ; )
I really do need to get better at Photography, it's just not my thing though. I enjoy the technical part of Lego building the most, once i have completed a model i'm not that bothered about it most of the time, although my US ww2 models are mostly all intact and i do hope to be able to have them in some very large scenes, the only thing stopping me from doing that is i don't see the point in doing loads of work for it to not be able to be viewed properly due to poor photography, and even with great photo skills large scenes have to be shot from far back and then all the cool little details are not viewable properly and those are the things i like most on my models and on other peoples models too.
Anyways hope you like them!
Updated again lol Newer-rer-er humvee with TOW ..if theres any varient of the humvee i haven t made yet but you would like me to try..feel free to suggest ; )
Finally got parts i needed in black this morning! So yeah like or hate the new Robocop..i really liked the suit and especially the bike..so made a version..in the film he has his legs splayed out so hes almost laying on the bike..thats not possible at this scale..and looks odd anyways..so ive changed that..works better my way..hope you like..never seen a custom sports styled bike in lego at this scale..npu from my last bikes too!
"Dead or Alive..you are coming with me"
One of my favourite jeeps of all time, had to be made! Saw action in the Vietnam war with the USMC. The vehicle was originally prototyped starting in 1946, making it the first all-new Jeep to be designed for the U.S. Military after WW2, it was light enough to be air portable. The build separates into three sections..more if dropped!
Edit by Todd aka "Florida Shoooter" thanks matey ; )
Vietnam vets you are not forgotten.
Got one more planned..I'm really enjoying working on some 6 wide vehicles for a change, my WW2 and Nam jeeps are 5 wide and my Humvee is 7 wide so i thought it was time to fill that gap ; ) better picture later
These days some people are too lazy to comment and just tend to fav my work so I will be doing the same back to them
Made a Humvee in most colors so thought i might as well try white and add to my UN vehicle collection..finished this a few months back but my phone and camera both broke so ive had to wait to get some new toys so i can post properly lol. I know many people are not fans of the UN in real life..either way I thought in Lego they make a nice addition to my Military collection. So anyways i should be back to posting more often all being well..soz if ive missed any adds or work..just been really busy too.
I've had this model around for a fair while, I originally built a tan/olive/dark green version but I just didn't like the camo enough to keep it, just would not flow like I wanted, dang parts cost a fortune for nothing too..ah well. So anyways I did make another version and here it is! The Tigr is basically a Russian answer to the Humvee, but much better IMO. I may camo this to white/belt/black, have to see in time. Here I've just done an Urban version used by Spetsnaz and Police units for internal operations mostly.
I always found the angles on the Tigr really cool especially the door and I've tried to get as many angles in as possible while keeping scale down and still have a strong model, the upper sides and windshield of the real Tigr do slope slightly but in Lego it's not even a plate in equivalent so was just not something that can be done unless going the other way which would be too much of a slope. I've got the angles on the roofs corner and the bottom of the chassis(cheese slope upside down)and on the door and the wheel arch, so I'm happy enough!
The model is a mix of SNOT work going in several directions, easy at first sight but it wasn't while building lol
All sorts can be added like a different coms package really easy, and changes in weapons too, I might have to do the rocket launcher version one day! I used the Lego tommy gun as a grenade launcher lol.

-al’Lan Mandragoran, Lord of the Seven Towers.
Lan has been one of my favorite fantasy book characters since childhood and I was ecstatic to see him finally brought to life in the Wheel of Time series….more series characters to come.

Just playing around, I have this one usually in the corner on top of some storage drawers a show piece. I'm planning to make a few display stands for models, possibly vignette sized or slightly larger just to show models off.
I made this version of the AH-6 because it's different in areas than the usual versions others make.
A detailed view at some of my favourite bits. Designing this model was lots of fun and LOTS of challenge. Having to do it in about three days with a competition deadline was.. interesting!
"Legolas, also known as Legolas Greenleaf, son of Thranduil of the Woodland Realm, was an elf who joined the Fellowship of the Ring during the quest to Mount Doom to destroy The One Ring. With his keen eyesight, sensitive hearing, and excellent bowmanship, Legolas was a valuable resource to the other eight members of the Fellowship. Legolas was well-known for becoming friends with the dwarf Gimli, despite their long held differences."
Legolas Greenleaf, as seen in
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.
Fully sculpted and painted by me. The quiver
is a removable piece. The bow features a real string.
It has been a while since my last custom figure, so now, nine months after Aragorn, I present to you my newest figure - the second member of the Fellowship that I've made into minifigure form so far. The others should hopefully follow soon!
Let me know your thoughts.

Behind the bricks story:
Some time ago I had a customer that came to me and wanted a commission.
He wanted the Apollo IE or this AMG project one. Both amazing cars and we decided on the Apollo. The Mercedes was still a concept back then.
Last summer Mercedes announced that there would be 275 units produced, which all sold out. When the news came out and it became “real” I needed to build it. So here it is. My Brick build rendition of the Project one.
This rendition features openable doors. And an active spoiler which was hard to make since the rear only sticks out 3,5 studs and the technic piece I used for it, needed to be 5 studs in height. This needed to be this long so that the spoiler could move up just high enough that it would sit right under the fin on the back.
This creation also features 3D-printed door frames, canards and wheels. (The wheels took me some time 😂)
.
.
.
Real car stats:
It’s assisted by two electric motors, one to boost the engine and one fitted to the F1-style turbocharger. Combined, the engine and motors produce 1,063hp
Mercedes claim that this car will do 0-60mph in 2.9 seconds, and 0-124mph in under six seconds. The top speed is over 217mph.
Oh yeah and the car will be sold for around 2.7M USD .
Chances that you’ll be able to own one of these are close to none but building this scale model out of bricks can be done. Head over to my website and there you’ll be able to get the preorder in. Instructions will be available late December.
Enjoy the post and happy building!

I made this moving PacMan display that uses inter channel figures. The actual IDEA project page has gifs that show the moving of the figures in the build. The movement is done with a manual crank on the side of the stand which can be seen on other images in the project. The ghost figures on the stand are interchangeable with the figures you see on the side.
Please support the project on Lego Idea if this is something you’re interesting in! Supporting is free! Thanks so much for your time!
Been messing with another GPK for my humvee fleet..i managed to get one to hold an mg(with ammo box)..and also a fig without breaking it in half and it turns 360 with or without the fig in place..not easy at this scale..but worked out well in the end..i still prefer humvees to the MRAPS and such..i really need to get looking into Russian equivalents too..might have a go at one.
I built this model a few months ago now as a wedding present to two dear friends. It is a scale model of their local town hall, the venue in which they got married, inlcuding a little bride and groom microfigure at the front.
More photos with some different angles as I get them edited!
Also, a bit too late for Marchitecture :')

I went on a walk to try and clear out my head.
but a fly so bothersome, kept giving me dread
Then a little voice sounded, from down near the floor
"Hi there! I've dealt with such issues before"
It was a tiny wee frog, looking at me with glee
So I reached out to it, and said "ok, let's see"
He jumped on my hand, and croaked a big smile,
then he snapped up that fly, with oodles of style

This is my fifth build for round two of the Iron Forge 2025. I couldn't help myself but do another animal build, and I am really happy with how this little fella came out!
The seed part, minifigure head, was used three times. Once for the body of the fly, and two on the frog's eyes. Only two are visible due to the angle of the photo.
Mentioned on "This Week in LEGO Bricks"
Whats better then having one Willys?..3 Willys of course! Dusted these out this morning..plenty of pretend driving due lol
The Necromancer is finally the last fig of my "Legion of Undead" collection and i hope you like this guy!
The Medieval Figs of Toxic-André has inspired me to create my own Collection. Some Techniques like the Chainmails are copyied under support by Toxic. Hope you like them....
Not had a photo of this up for 3 years! So some may have not seen it before. I've changed loads since the last photo. She's 2 plates lower, has a canvas style top that can clip on and off above the drivers compartment, posable steering. Mg mounts are different, the whole hood and tech underneath had a complete re build and the cab itself sits lower. Doors are now much further in as Well, I wasn't happy with them before. Shield over drivers view is positioned lower too as well so lots of improvements.
I might make one that has the quad 50 on the back, also I'm still deciding if I should make this in dark green to go with the helicopters, decisions decisions.
I might take a better photo tomorrow and replace.
Dang it's the Poleeece! Made a Black and White car to go with my motorbike..I might make a few more versions.
Fits figs with hats even..that was not as easy as I hoped it would be! ; )
Will add decal on door later
Finall completed with one, two more to go by 2018 Star Wars Days. Now back to Echo Base. Many thanks to some of the awesome builders whose builds I viewed many times to help get my done. Thanks to Peter Brookdales (although his is quite larger), Jhaelon Edwards, which push me to redesign my 10 year old designs and lastly Maciel Szymanshi's beautiful ATAT, which is just soooo awesome!!!
