Another full flame job with chopped hardtop convertable top.

Richfield merged with Atlantic Oil to form what we know today as ARCO. Colors would have been blue on yellow. In the foreground is a '36 Ford 3 window coupe customized in the pre-war style with chopped top, louvered hood panels and a La Salle grille. Absolutely classic!

Very clean '50 Chevy fastback. Everything is right about it, inside and out. Feature article on this car appears in current issue of THE RODDER'S JOURNAL. Not really a "bomb" by the current definition of the term but very much in the style of the genre for the late 50s, early 60s. This is a classic that will be talked about for a long time.

The Custom Car gathering in Worthing coincided with the first day of the London 2012 Olympics. As I was committed to London 2012 my daughter kindly agreed to follow in Dad's footsteps and take pictures of anything she could so I've credited these shots to her though they are still posted under the Creative Commons, Attrib, No Commercial, No Derivative licence.
