This is a front view of the car.
Mercedes E320 2000. The original exhaust had come to the end of its life, the customer didn’t warn a replacement aftermarket exhaust that would only last months. His research led him to us as the best place for custom exhausts at reasonable prices, he was horrified at some of the work from other budget companies and wanted the best for his car.
We built him a cat back exhaust keeping a control on the sound and finishing it off with a similar look to the original.

A beautiful 2015BMW 428i M Sport . The exhaust on this car had almost come to the end of its life. And the customer not only wanted an exhaust to last a lifetime but the performance had to be improved. The most important thing was the sound. As much as he wanted a loud exhaust, it was essential to have it quiet when it suited him. As his original exhaust was one sided, he replaced the diffuser to upgrade to a dual exhaust.
We built him a Turbo back exhaust system with a high flow catalytic converter. Straight through silencers which delivered a deep tone. A Louter valve was installed and branched off to a dual exhaust to finish the look. We were given an excellent review for our hard work.

Mini Cooper S 2009. This customer had an immaculate mini but the exhaust would let him down. The sound was non existent but he certainly didn’t want a boy racer sound. He also wanted to improve the look of the tail pipes.
We built him a at back exhaust including a flex pipe that was beginning to leak. controlling the sound with the correct muffler but finishing it off with larger than original titanium tail pipes with blue burn ends.

This classic is a perfect example of what a Mercedes 560SEC should be like, the only thing that was letting it down we the original exhausts system, which has seen better days. It sounded nothing like what a V8 should. The worst thing about classic was is that at the internal parts of the exhaust break down and cause restrictions which in turn affect the overall running of the vehicle. Somewhere along the line, it had low-quality downpipes fitted. We had to build him a complete mandrel manifold back exhaust system which was complicated. However, after a few days of hard labour, we managed to give him the V8 sound he wanted, much better performance from the Tri-Y manifolds and will last a lifetime. A car well maintained will always appreciate, this 560s were already rising in prices and built by engineers and not white-collar men just looking for profits.

Subaru Legacy Outback H6 2001. This customer loves his Subaru outback, like so many other Subaru enthusiasts, there’s never any complaints about the car apart from the exhaust, having a 3 litre engine, it would be nice to hear a sportier tone but certainly not a boy racer noise. The system looked like the original one which had obviously rusted and needed replacing.
We built him an excellent cat back exhaust system, which will probably outlast the car itself.

This customer was not happy with the performance and felt the original OEM exhaust was too restrictive and wanted to release some more horses. His biggest concern was that he had heard many ST exhaust sounds, and the last thing he wanted was an embarrassing boy racer sound. We suggested a full mandrel bent exhaust with Profusion 304-grade straight-through mufflers; Profusion mufflers are built to keep the sound under control whilst delivering maximum performance. This customer was over the moon with the result.

Big Duck - not an ex US one either. It was custom built to provide tours on Lake Suwa.
One of these in Vancouver could relive congestion on the bridges - just head down the boat ramp at False Creek and then up on the other side. Burrard Street bridge is a mess any way.
In/boar out boar props shaft is lowered one you are afloat and rather majestically propels you across the lake
Mileage might not be the great - but imposing enough to keep small cars away when on the streets.
This is with the production version of Voigtlander VM Heliar 50mm f3.5.
This Nissan Elgrand was in immaculate condition however the customer needed it to look and sound better as it only had a hidden turn down tailpipe.
We rebuilt the rear section, to improve the looks by installing Profusion limited edition tail pipes, one on either side. The bumper was trimmed using specialist equipment to give it an OEM finish.

Audi TT FSI 2008. This customer loved her Audi but was always disappointed with the sound, after all it is a sports car. Performance gains were secondary. one thing she didn’t like was that the tail pipes were only seen from one side and wanted a dual system with quad tips.
We rebuilt her a new cat back exhaust system and positioned the mufflers to achieve the right sound levels. Using specialised tooling we were able to shape the rear diffuser without changing the rear bumper to accommodate the new tail pipes for an OEM look. She was very impressed with what we achieved.

Mercedes E55 AMG 2003. This customer loved his Mercedes AMG as it had a massive V8 but was disappointed with literally no sound from the car. As he said he might as well be driving around in a diesel. His only concern was Drone, he wanted to make sure we could keep it to a minimum.
We re-built him a cat back exhaust system with an X-PIPE to improve the performance. Dual tail pipes complementing the look and strategically positioned J-Pipes to help in controlling the drone.

This customer had a few issues with the car’s exhaust, someone preciously had emptied the cats out and due to rust was in overall poor condition, especially the internals. He loved the car but hated the dull quietish sound, he didn’t was a 24 hours a day booming boy racer sound. We suggested building him a full cat back exhaust with new catalytic converters, Louter valves were installed so he can have a nicer burble during idle and day to day driving but full performance and sound on acceleration all controlled by a simple remote fob.
Toyota LandCruiser Amazon VX A 1999 Custom Exhaust by Profusion Customs
This customer uses this vehicle for his landscaping business but felt that his car was drinking more fuel than necessary and lacked power. Upon a visual inspection, it was apparent why the previous exhaust was poorly built. We rebuilt the entire exhaust from downpipes back and installed two catalytic converters. The new Y-Pipe transition allowed gases to merge without restriction. The overall result was a massive difference in the vehicle’s performance and power increase. The customer was delighted with the work and one thing for sure he won’t have an exhaust issue again.

Morgan 3 Wheeler 2018. This customer had a three hour drive to us each way. An amazing car however the customer loved this special car but always felt that the exhaust was restricting the performance and was far too loud. He didn’t want to make too many changes to the original design.
We rebuilt the exhaust on both sides. When we removed the exhaust we could see how many baffles were installed just to keep the sound at bay but at a cost of performance. We installed the largest straight through Profusion Mufflers possible which would fit inside the heat shield and the length of the final part was reduced to stop the excess pipes to cause resonance. The performance increase was noticable.

He asked us to remove it entirely and build him a new cat back exhaust complete with two new flex pipes. This Mercedes Benz SL500 is a beautiful looking car; however, every customer we have had complains that it is too quiet. They don’t want a loud droning exhaust but enough to deliver a deep tone and sound to compliment the car. This customers exhaust had also been in an accident, causing it to deform.
We are probably the only company with the right silencers to deliver a deep tone while improving performance with no sound degradation. We built him a complete cat-back exhaust which gave a lovely burble when idling. It would not be booming during motorway driving, but when he puts his foot down, he can enjoy the V8 engine sound for a more exhilarating driving experience.

Range Rover Sport HSE V6 2017. This vehicle had a standard restrictive exhaust system, but there was no sound from the exhaust, making it a boring drive.
We built a complete cat-back exhaust with an X-Pipe to improve the performance. We tested it for sound by trying several silencers to get to the perfect combination. The customer now has an exhaust built for life, improved performance, a deep tone that is not too loud and finished off with beautiful tailpipes.

Range Rover Sport HSE V6 2017. This vehicle had a standard restrictive exhaust system, but there was no sound from the exhaust, making it a boring drive.
We built a complete cat-back exhaust with an X-Pipe to improve the performance. We tested it for sound by trying several silencers to get to the perfect combination. The customer now has an exhaust built for life, improved performance, a deep tone that is not too loud and finished off with beautiful tailpipes.
