We rebuilt the exhaust on both sides. When we removed the exhaust we could see how many baffles were installed just to keep the sound at bay but at a cost of performance. We installed the largest straight through Profusion Mufflers possible which would fit inside the heat shield and the length of the final part was reduced to stop the excess pipes to cause resonance. The performance increase was noticable.

Audi TT FSI 2008. This customer loved her Audi but was always disappointed with the sound, after all it is a sports car. Performance gains were secondary. one thing she didn’t like was that the tail pipes were only seen from one side and wanted a dual system with quad tips.

We rebuilt her a new cat back exhaust system and positioned the mufflers to achieve the right sound levels. Using specialised tooling we were able to shape the rear diffuser without changing the rear bumper to accommodate the new tail pipes for an OEM look. She was very impressed with what we achieved.

Range Rover Sport HSE V6 2017. This vehicle had a standard restrictive exhaust system, but there was no sound from the exhaust, making it a boring drive.

We built a complete cat-back exhaust with an X-Pipe to improve the performance. We tested it for sound by trying several silencers to get to the perfect combination. This Mercedes Benz SL500 is a beautiful looking car; however, every customer we have had complains that it is too quiet. They don’t want a loud droning exhaust but enough to deliver a deep tone and sound to compliment the car. This customers exhaust had also been in an accident, causing it to deform.

Can anyone recognize this official LEGO set that I integrated into the Batcave?

This classic is a perfect example of what a Mercedes 560SEC should be like, the only thing that was letting it down we the original exhausts system, which has seen better days. It sounded nothing like what a V8 should. The worst thing about classic was is that at the internal parts of the exhaust break down and cause restrictions which in turn affect the overall running of the vehicle. Somewhere along the line, it had low-quality downpipes fitted. We had to build him a complete mandrel manifold back exhaust system which was complicated. However, after a few days of hard labour, we managed to give him the V8 sound he wanted, much better performance from the Tri-Y manifolds and will last a lifetime. A car well maintained will always appreciate, this 560s were already rising in prices and built by engineers and not white-collar men just looking for profits.

Subaru Legacy Outback H6 2001. This customer loves his Subaru outback, like so many other Subaru enthusiasts, there’s never any complaints about the car apart from the exhaust, having a 3 litre engine, it would be nice to hear a sportier tone but certainly not a boy racer noise. A beautiful 2015BMW 428i M Sport . The exhaust on this car had almost come to the end of its life. And the customer not only wanted an exhaust to last a lifetime but the performance had to be improved. The most important thing was the sound. As much as he wanted a loud exhaust, it was essential to have it quiet when it suited him. As his original exhaust was one sided, he replaced the diffuser to upgrade to a dual exhaust.

We built him a Turbo back exhaust system with a high flow catalytic converter. Straight through silencers which delivered a deep tone. A Louter valve was installed and branched off to a dual exhaust to finish the look. We were given an excellent review for our hard work.

Custom built fine quality Nscale, Z scale and, HO scale layouts by "Rasch Studios"

This layout was built to represent the Northwestern United States with a river gorge and heavily wooded forest scenes. This layout has been sold.

Future projects include an Nscale Pennsy four track mainline circa 1958 to 1968 with scenic river side running, and a full yard. , A Z scale Lord Of The Rings inspired layout with dramatic three foot deep canyons and trestles, and last but not least an HO scale western mining town layout.

Mercedes E320 2000. The original exhaust had come to the end of its life, the customer didn’t warn a replacement aftermarket exhaust that would only last months. Audi TT FSI 2008. This customer loved her Audi but was always disappointed with the sound, after all it is a sports car. Performance gains were secondary. one thing she didn’t like was that the tail pipes were only seen from one side and wanted a dual system with quad tips.

We rebuilt her a new cat back exhaust system and positioned the mufflers to achieve the right sound levels. Using specialised tooling we were able to shape the rear diffuser without changing the rear bumper to accommodate the new tail pipes for an OEM look. She was very impressed with what we achieved.
