Delhi's busicst1narkets. These blasts, co1ning in the \vake of blasts in other 1netros, have killed over 40 innocent people and len tnany others grievously injured. We express our collective sense of griefand condolences to all those 'vho have lost their loved ones in the blasts. We also de1nand that the goven11nent ensure all n1anner ofcare and support to the victin1s ofthis attack.
