The start is basically falling forewords and hoping you grab the holds. I'm short (5' 5") and have led this route. This is the technical crux, but the slabs above are run out in the upper sections.
Experiment with cheap old Czech toy camera Corina 2 and East German ORWO film which expired in 1989 (!). This camera has similar "quality" as popular lomography cameras, but is ten times cheaper.
Without any adjustments or crop.
