Edited to add a little bit of information about the soldier in the photo.
He was actually my Grandmothers beloved and very handsome younger brother. He fought in WW1 and during the battle of Passchendale got injured, he wrote to his parents telling them he was fine, it was just a small injury, but a few days later was dead from gangrene. He is buried in France.
1950's black and white television commercials. Probably where the whole idea started. Use White Friday to create not consume (black Friday). One day off won't hurt. These stills were shot in my back yard during a late night viewing of some16mm black and white commercials and cartoons. Enjoy!

There are many beautiful moments in a day and photography captures just a whisper of them. Even more, there is much you don’t see from what people post. I’ve noticed how so many people try to imitate their influencer idols instead of staying true to themselves, which is too bad. We shouldn’t let our happiness depend on snippets of other lives. They’re just a blip and even those small glimpses can be very deceiving. We are not brands or products and unfortunately, social media reduces many of us to exactly that.
So, yes, don’t worry about following trends or what’s acceptable. Let them call you odd or weird. As long as you find your path in life the most magical one, that’s what should matter more than the opinions of others. Individuality is a beautiful thing.

Uluru , also known as Ayers Rock is a large sandstone rock formation in the southern part of the Northern Territory in central Australia. It lies 335 km (208 mi) south west of the nearest large town, Alice Springs, 450 km (280 mi) by road.
Kata Tjuta and Uluru are the two major features of the Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park. Uluru is sacred to the Anangu, the Aboriginal people of the area. The area around the formation is home to an abundance of springs, waterholes, rock caves, and ancient paintings. Uluru is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
