Thanks to all for your visits, comments, awards and favorites! I'm so glad you all like this one. This is an example of why I hang on to goofy photos in my archive. The start for this image was a picture of my TV that I took while messing around with settings on the camera. It was meant to be a throwaway but I liked something about the way the figures appeared on the screen so I held on to it. Looked at it again yesterday, got inspired and ended up here. Thanks again! :-)

This is my first attempt at using an AI program to create my pictures - in this program (called Discord) one has to think of a style of art, and then via text, ask it to create something in that style. In this case, I first asked it to create a broken heart by Vincent VG, and then a man with a broken heart in the same style. I then took the two pictures and blended them in Photoshop, adding a couple of my own extra ideas, and here's the result. I find this opens up a new creative channel for me, just as DDG opened us up to a whole new world of creating textures. This is the next step in manipulation and one that holds great excitement for me.

Bird and texture are mine. The Japanese calligraphy is public domain: the three on the side are the title, the red signature chop is a half-pig and half-dog and the two above are just partial characters which add up to something like prayer/freedom. I think there is a message in there somewhere but, well I'm just not sure what it is.
