A view of the newest racecourse in Great Britain looking across from the village of Trimsaran, near Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.

The racecourse has been built on what was one of the largest open cast coalmines in Europe. Opens to the public with the first races on Thursday 18th July 2009 - a sell out.
