This is a foam of butter-poached lobster with some pieces of lobster, spring onions, and peas. Outside the bowl there were sprigs of catmint. The waiters poured boiling water over the mint to enhance its scent.

I'm thankful that we live were we enjoy all 4 of the seasons and fall is my favorite.
These pictures were taken on a lovely November day. A great day for frisbee golf. Makoshika has one of the best, most difficult courses in the state (if not surrounding states too!). It's always fun to visit.
