Breda Barst 2024 is an open-air pop festival held annually in the Dutch city of Breda since 1995. Once again, it took place in the Valkenberg city park and the weather cooperated. Characteristic is that admission is free and that the festival runs entirely on volunteers and sponsors.

This is all about love, love, love... show us your sweetest or most favorite doll couple, quite simple.
I was tagged by Jade and a few others. Thanks to all of you!
We've been away all week so I took these photos when we were camping.
I of course choose Lauren and keith for this tag game.
These two met in the summer of 2009 and hit it off during that long hot summer and have been together ever since. They graduated highschool in 2011, made a good life for themselves. Lauren works for a famous Fashion Doll Magazine in New York, but has a home in Arlington. Keith has a band, 'Time Out', with his best friend Jason. So they're all doing quite well. Lauren and Keith also have a cottage in 'UnderHill' in LaurenLand.
These two were supposed to be married last January but 'they' found themselves a bit too busy, and it was postponed .... hopefully Jan. 2019
I have tagged as many as I can , but if you see this PLAY ALONG!!!
Was thinking of saving this for Sliders Sunday, but I couldn't help myself and decided it needed to be unleashed today.
I do have a question I was hoping any of you might be able to help me with. I have noticed that my EXIF data seems to be all messed up. For those of you who do not know what EXIF data is, it is the information that is stored on a shot taken with a digital camera that carries information like exposure settings. You can see the information by clicking on the camera name in the "This Photo Was Taken..." line above the map on the top right, or to make it easier in this instance click here to be taken to the EXIF data for this shot.
Anyway, if you click on it for this photo you will notice it says "Flash - Auto, Did not fire" and "Exposure Program - Unknown (0)". Well I know for sure the Flash was not set on Auto and I also know given the ambient light conditions when I took this that if it was set to Auto the Flash would have surely fired, and 2 how is it possible that the exposure program is unknown??? Is this what is read when using pre-saved manual settings?? I have been perplexed by this for some time, and I have tested it and cant figure out why the information is coming through incorrect. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks
Update: This photo made it to #231 on flickr Explore for June 26, 2009. Thanks all!
While wandering around the many parks in London in June, 2008 I stumbled upon this lovely couple. They looked so comfortable, happy, and in love that I just had to capture the moment :)
This image is the perfect example. In Philly and NYC, people will run up to me and insist on a photo. This has never happened to me in Reading, PA. Not even once. The good folks of Reading oftentimes think I'm up to something shady, and they are not shy about telling me.

I was walking home and I saw these two sitting under the light. At first I thought it was mother and daughter having dinner. I stopped and took a few shoots as people were walking by.
It was not till I got home that I realised that it was a man and women lol There body language had me cracking up, she looks like she is having ago at him and he looks like he is fed up. I love the fact that her glass is still full and his is finished and that they are sitting under a comedy club sign lol
Amazing what you notice after you have taken a image.

I was in soho and it started to rain so I waited on this side street. While I was there a couple walked in and passed me, I started to take pictures of them walking down into the street and then they shopped to look in the shop and I was like brilliant.
I wanted to convert this to black and white but I wanted to show the light from the shop on their faces, so left it in colour.

Oh, how I love it every time I see LGBT couples who don't hide their love and help bring normality in the city...
More so when it's girls... in Spain, cities like Barcelona or Madrid may enjoy a more open gay scene and visibility, but it's VERY rare you would see a lesbian couple holding hands or hugging or kissing in public... Which is sad...
So it's comforting to see that in NYC girls are in love and clear about it... :-))

As I walked pasted these two I saw her hold his face in a very endearing way but as I stopped to take the shot she put her hands back down. I knew she was going to do it again. So I took a spot against the wall and just waited.
She did do it again but people were walking pass and I could not get them, so I had to wait some more….and some more, but she finally did it again. I had to wait for about 15 minutes but I am glad I did lol.
Side note….I really love the 35 mm, it lets you get close but without getting close for them to notice that you are there.

Thank you for your visit!
This is just a nice little scene in the area where I live, that I felt compelled to take a picture of -- especially with this couple walking by, giving me this lovely reflection. If you happen to know the photos of my boyfriend Sion, you'll notice this is VERY much in his style -- due to his own obsession with reflections!
I guess it's true if you live with someone long enough, you start to become just like them and pick up their habits!!
