We recently got a used pressure cooker from a friend. It got pretty beat up in transit. The control panel/display was broken off and the base was pretty smashed. I took it apart and repaired it and it seems to be working great now. We've tried cooking black beans in it as well as rice.

Making curry with my new T-Fal Clipso pressure cooker!!! Mmm, soft potatoes and super moist chicken!

budget friendly slow cooker. a thing that insulates any small pot that you have, and allows the content to stay warm. perfect for simmering food. no danger of it burning. also saves energy and therefore money.

This was the porch area in the back of the pool house - top level. Two stories in the back only one in the front where the pool is located.

Time to put the cooker to it's first use in the house this was taken in.

 

Since I don't eat meat, this was made with Quorn, and in a prodigious quantity.

 

I miss having a gas powered cooker more than I can reasonably articulate.

My old rice cooker was too big, so my dad picked up a new one that's just right for me ol' bachelor ways, arrr. Sometimes my dad is very sweet.

The cooker is "endorsed" by the Yan Can Cook guy, who is the Garry Shandling of Chinese cooking.

Thomson vitroceramic cooker with hob (3 vitroceramic and 1 halogen) and oven.

About $10, a bit flimsy but well designed, and it's hard to believe

anything could be even simpler than an electric rice cooker but lo!
