This location opened in October 2017; it was originally Arby's #1200, which was built and opened in 1974 and closed in spring 2017.

The Oct. 23, 2015, Chili Cook-Off was held in front of the Baek Family Fieldhouse and concessions area before the start of the final home football game of the season. Guests were invited to sample as many entries as they liked.
