Tel Aviv’s Central Bus Station — where architectural ambition meets harsh reality. Amid worn-out walls, vibrant street art, and hurried footsteps, a world of contradictions unfolds — raw, fragile, and unforgettable.

Once she had finished the plate of "croco", the female of Orthetrum trinacria, flew to this perch where she was for a long time.
She had to lie on the ground to be able to photograph her and we did, she could not have chosen a better innkeeper.
Seen like this, with that elegance and beauty, it does not look like the voracious predator in the previous photo, but it is.

From Barcelona and Gaudí we travelled to Valencia and Calatrava. Our hotel was pretty close to these buildings and we were there pretty often.
More about the place and the buildings on Monday :o)
"Imagination that compares and contrasts with what is around as well as what is better and worse is the living power and prime agent of all human perception judgement and emotional reaction."

The contrasting forms of the common Mute Swan and the rarer Black Swan.
This is a photo I took last year in Liverpool on a rainy day. I liked the contrast between those two people. His dark business suit and black umbrella beside her lighter coat and her transparent emoji umbrella differentiated them nicely while they were walking up the stairs beside each other.
This is one shot, one photo, not a composite of two photos. I just used a monochrome color treatment for the underground parts.
The underground open area refers to the taxi waiting zone of a high-speed railway station. This underground railway station is connected to Asia's largest underground shopping mall and corridor system, making it an essential part of the CBD area's pedestrian and rail transportation. Consequently, there are often many taxis waiting there to serve passengers.
An old abandoned Slate Mill and an old abandoned red telephone box make an interesting comination. Had to compose closely as there are two telegraph poles either side of this composition which spoil the scene.
