Project 366 2008--June 11, 2008

Not a real "photograph" I suppose, because it's a "arms length" self portrait. And I suppose, since that means I had no idea what was being captured until I reviewed it, then this doesn't count. But it captured the day nicely.

These boots were made for rockin'.

Our chihuahua-pug doing what he does best.

Thunder, the cat, is a happy, contented, cat.

Normally free of people trying to take its photo!

The most relaxed I've ever seen a squirrel look.

It's a shame about that wire running through the tree that partially blocks the squirrel's head, but he's cute anyway! :)

James the beagle looks cool and casual

The Philadelphia Horticultural Society had a family fare day at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. There were many vendors and sponsors, one of which was the SPCA. They had some dogs around for adoption. This little girl was very chill in her sponsor's lap.

Life is good, the stroller is moving, no sun in her eyes. So little baby Tatiana sleeps happily.

"It's nice of you guys to put this bunk here for me. Do you think you could clean my window?"

Totally contented, and oblivious to the rest of the world. Just slightly opened its eyes at the sounds of my clicking camera, blissfully streched its legs, and then carried on sleeping. I wonder why on the bonnet of the car, though? Maybe it was warm - or just nice and smooth?

Curled up contentedly asleep on the massaging chair pad, in the chair Mom reupholstered.

I assume Dad took this photo, since he took most of them, but it's possible Mom did.

Duck with stick in water. Need I say more? Oh, Sydney Park, St Peters, NSW, Australia :D

Aurelia on Calgary beach

A contented Beaver holding onto his grass bundle with his hands while he munches in the shallows of Rio Chama River; he glances at me now and then just to keep track I suppose, though his mate, who I've seen only once, was spooked by me sneaking around taking pictures from the opposite bank, and slapped her tail on the water and left. This picture, like the one with the grass in his mouth, was taken after I climbed down the rocky bank to get closer.
