CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IS LOVED IF YOU GIVE IT TO ME YOU WILL BE LOVED.

Seriously, I want to improve when I can. Only in Shanghai for two weeks on exchange, want to take this opportunity while it presents itself.

YAY stereotypical shots.

Wrote this whilst bored during not understanding anything in Chinese classes, being partially depressed and reading too much Moby Dick. Oh me.

A surreal, possibly dystopian landscape of multitudinous, sweeping arrays of neon lights of impossible colours, buildings glaring down at the insignificant, scuttling shadows of society, transfixed in gaping awe at the sight before them. The buildings, like sentinels, reach out, bayonets piercing through the veil of fog, and reach out and touch the foundations of the heavens.

I so corny!

And see, I can do images that are non vintage processed! Yay me.

Recently I joined a fun photowalk at the Point Montara Lighthouse and Montara State Beach, located on the California coast south of San Francisco. The light became better and better towards evening.

I processed a balanced and a paintery HDR photo from three RAW exposures, merged them selectively, carefully adjusted the color balance and curves, and added some sepia to give the scene a vintage look. I welcome and appreciate constructive feedback.

Scheveningen is one of the eight districts of The Hague, as well as a subdistrict (wijk) of that city. Scheveningen is a modern seaside resort with a long sandy beach, an esplanade, a pier, and a lighthouse. The beach is popular for water sports such as windsurfing and kiteboarding.
