I did the lapidary work and carved to shell tosize. Hammered the backof the sterling "box" for texture. People say it looks like a mushroom. I wish they wouldn't do that. Now that's all I think of when I see it. I would never have consiously made a mushroom! Does that happen to you?

Perhaps its a metaphysical metaphor of dimensions of awareness: the sea of consiousness and sensual awareness on the surface, a deeper buddha-nature, depicted by the lotusflower and deep down, under a halo of gold, the laughter of snoopy, which represents the cosmic joke of life...

But I'm afraid the poor lady's leg was simply used as a draft sheet for aspiring tattoo artists.

Ok, so I'm jumping on the earthquake bandwagon! I came downstairs this morning to find this message on the white board from my Mum to my Dad. I just couldn't resist taking it! The 'YES' part was Dads reply to her message for her to see when she came in from work! lol. Personally I didn't feel the earthquake, but something stirred me in my sleep, my sub consious made something but because I can remeber some sort of noise but not what it was.... very weird! lol.

We returned home with a bus, but in the beginning of the journy our bus driver got ill and lost consiousness - in the middle of a motorway! It was pretty scary, the bus was swaying from one side of the road to another and some crazy car drivers were passing us the whole time. Luckily it didn't take too long for the driver to regain his consiousness and stop the buss at the side of the road. We waited for an ambulance to take the driver to a hospital and got a new driver to take us back home, safely. One unforgettable exhibition tour!

Another common sight was a pig being taken to market on the back of a bicycle. We were told that the pigs were fed rice beer or wine until they passed out. Then they could be lifted up and tied onto a bicycle. We did come across a couple that regained both consiousness and freedom, and they were some more unhappy, hung over pigs!

the chinese seem to like to dance and are very extrovert in the places they do these things. i see them in the mornings doing fan dances and ballroom dancing outside buildings on the way into work. i wish i could not feel consious enough to do those things.

Nintendo DS is currently being heavily advertised on the tube. There seem to be at least 8 of these things on every carriage I get on @_@

I try not to sit under one, as I'm a bit self-consious sitting there playing DS with adverts for what it is and explainations of several of it's games above my head.

I've driven past here loads of times on the way to work.

I took Fuji along on this day knowing I would get some spare time to photo-rise the front.

What I didn't expect was when the amazing manageress Geraldine saw me through the window with Fuji she came out and asked if I would like a quick behind the stage tour!

I was a very happy bunny : )

It was however a whirlwind tour, so I felt a bit self consious faffing on with Fuji.

But it was so cool!

Today hasn't been the best day got schedueled for work on the day of Warped Tour so I won't be going. It's gonna feel weird since I've gone every year for 5 years. Its crazy! I dont know, any who one top of it all my mom left for Blacksburg to take my 8 year old cousin Melody home. I dont like when she goes out of town and I'm home by myself plus I've been feeling very emotionally unsteady lately. I was almost headed for a panic attack early this afternoon, but luckily I was abel to let it pass. Otherthan that I did a co-wash on my hair and actually flat ironed it. for the first time in 2 months. It has so much shine and bounce I just need to be consious about how much heat I use and making sure all my hair is DRY before I start iorning it. I didnt realize how much my natrual hair hold in moisture. I'm not going to make straigtening a habit though. I will probably iorn it more in the winter months. I just don't want to cause any more breakage than I already have been. All in all this makes me so excited about my hair when its completely natural its gonna be so long and bouncy ^_^

This is for my goddaughter' and her sister, she is emigrating to New Zealand with her parents on monday and I thought that a little book of bound post cards to colour would be a good going away gift. I have perforated each page so that they can tear them out and send them to freinds and family to stay in touch. I also thought the colouring activity may help with the long flight. For individidual postcard page details see other images uploaded, see individual books for cover details.

I wanted to decorate the front more but was consious of the need to keep the weight and size of the gift down so that it would fit in the hand luggage easlily.

Within an hour of arriving at camp, I was lying down on the dock

taking pictures of the water. And for the whole time I was camping, I

didn't comb my hair. So after 5 days, including 3 days spent paddling

around the harbour, I had this huge matted sea-air-scented squirrels'

nest on my head. It felt great, perfectly natural, until it was time

to disembark the last ferry before Vancouver ... I looked around at

all the coiffed fashionable people and felt self-consious of my

squirrels' nest (and my grubby jeans, and my layered tees). But then I

got over it. Woohoo! Fashionable people only WISH they could have as

much fun as me!!!!

The tuna are "on" off the coast of Portland at the moment. Hundreds of people every weekend queue for the boat ramp and head 45km or more out into the southern ocean in search of these elusive and majestic fish at the edge of the continental shelf.

Is man obsessed with dominating his environment, or are the ancient hunter-gatherer urges a positive connection with our heritage ?

Good Stewardship is the key - respect, honor, management, knowledge and consious decisions to preserve our planet for future generations - some would call it sustainability...

PS - I like to fish too...

Still remember the date cuz it's near my birthday. And my wisdom teeth were removed. Both of them. And because of that, both of my upper teeth were also removed. For months my breath stinks of BLOOD. I captured this right after I gain my consiousness, on 5 December 2015, 10:40 A.M. GMT + 8.

This is what happens when you get distracted from studying a spanish final. I thought maybe if I combined art with school, it'd be easier to remember. So I wrote the purposes of the word "para" vs. "por" and one of the uses of para is destination. So I used that, and the page sprouted from there.
