Taking a drive through small town America at dusk. Itâs quite here, like your house when everyone is asleep. The electric lines crisscross the street every which way. Have no idea how they figure out where all these lines go. I count three layers going one way and another set on each side of the road going the other way. There is a stop sign here but you wont have to wait long.
FFF+ Snap Happy is a group Lisa (our wonderful FFF+ leader) created for the FFF+ for images that reflect positivity, happiness, joy and beauty only. This must also be reflected in any titles, captions and comments.

- No references to the plight of the world or the situation we all find ourselves currently in.
This week it was my turn to choose the them, I chose 'Connections/Connected'.

Am 11.09.2018 führte mich mein Weg zunächst an die Bahnstrecke zwischen München und Rosenheim; am bekannten BÜ Vogl begann der Fototag.
Nachdem dort einige Aufnahmen gelangen, wurde die Reise in Richtung Österreich fortgesetzt. An der nicht weniger bekannten Fotostelle bei Kirchbichl sollte der Tag ausklingen. Tatsächlich kamen auch dort noch einige interessante Güterzüge vorbei. Als absolutes Highlight konnte letzten Endes 193 640 ausgemacht werden, die gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Vectron mit einem voll beladenen KLV-Zug in Richtung Brenner unterwegs war. Die schicke Werbelok, deren Beklebung hervorragend zur befahrenen Strecke passt, wurde dem DGS 43109 zur Freude der Fotografen in Kufstein beigestellt.

Lac Gaube, French Pyrinees. We went there in Spring and were not prepared for the 4 hours hike up the mountain, through the melting snow. The kids were very small and quite suffering as the way was not easy, but we never gave up. These views were the award. We all as family changed that day, learning about self motivation. In my case I fell in love with this mountains and that, I never imagined could happen. That feeling changed my life forever as it truly connected me with nature and landscapes
Our "smart" devices and online personas are redefining human connection and communication. As we expect more from technology, do we expect less from each other?
