VisualMente has among its developments a multiuser virtualevents platform (VisualEvents Platform) that promotes interaction and direct communication between users and the access to any type of multimedia content live or on demand. This tool allows you to set up virtual environments in seconds, without the need to install any type client application software.
The platform registers everything that takes place inside the virtual environment, allowing the organizations to obtain updated information about the interactions and movements made by users, both at a per user and macro level. For example: most visited areas, number of users in a particular moment, which contents have been reviewed and how often, etc. All this information can be easily exported to make a customized data processing.
VisualMente cuenta entre sus desarrollos con una plataforma de negocio virtual (Virtual Business Platform) que promueve la interacción y comunicación directa entre los usuarios y el acceso a cualquier tipo de contenido multimedia en directo o diferido (on demand). Esta herramienta permite la creación de entornos virtuales personalizados en un tiempo record, sin necesidad de instalar ningún tipo de software o aplicación cliente.
La plataforma realiza un seguimiento de todo lo que sucede dentro del entorno virtual, de modo que las organizaciones obtengan información actualizada sobre las interacciones y movimientos desarrollados por los usuarios, a nivel macro y por usuario especÃfico. Por ejemplo: cuáles son las áreas más visitadas, número de usuarios en un momento determinado, qué contenidos han visualizado y cuántas veces, etc. Toda esta información es fácilmente exportable para realizar un procesamiento totalmente personalizado.
