Ideum designed and built a custom conference touch table with three Inline displays. A 65" and (2) 43" inch multitouch displays are embedded into the table which was milled out of quilted maple. A Creston control system allows for any signal to be switched to the 3 x 3 LG video wall that Ideum installed. You can learn more about Inline displays here: ideum.com/products/inline-displays
The small conference room in Berkeley Sandbox seats 6 people and costs $25/hr (projector, wi-fi, coffee included).

Refuge Assurance Theatre Manchester. The entrance to the basement theatre. The building used Burmantofts glazed tiles throughout the ground floor which a century later are still pristine and very decorative. It was considered as a home for the Halle before Bridgewater Hall was built, but has now been sensitively converted into the Palace Hotel, retaining much of the Victorian and Edwardian decoration and is grade 2* listed. It was largely designed by father and son Alfred & Paul Waterhouse between 1891-5 and 1910-12 respectively. A later 1932 extension was the work of Stanley Birkett.

Day Two of the CaseAware Conference, and it was a long one. Had to be at the hotel at 6:30am, didn't get to leave until 9:30pm.
One of my coworkers is also a photographer, and he got a new 6D. He asked me to watch it for him while he went off to grab some food and I asked if I could play with it. Not as nice as my 5DIII, but the 24-70 f/2.8 he had mounted on it was sweeeeeet. I am jealous.
(He also had it set to shoot in JPEG mode, which I find odd)

The new offices of the Tax Appeal Court are located at the corner of Queen Street and Fredrick Street in downtown Port of Spain. All the functions of the court occupy a total area of 1,200 sq metres. The facility accommodates a library, a registry, a courtroom, judge’s chambers, media facility, conference rooms, public areas and administrative offices. Information Communication Technology [ICT] was deployed throughout all the major areas including the courtroom and media box. The project was completed to a very high quality given the constraints of time and budget.

First thing this morning, I sent off the Beyond OKC video for initial review, two days early! So far the response has been hugely positive, which is great news. At work I had a weird meeting about a homepage video that I had nothing to do with. I dragged Chris into it with me, and luckily he had some answers I wouldn’t have had.
This evening I met up with Adriana and a chunk of the women’s soccer team for yet another fall ad shot. The team was excellent! I have mostly haunting memories of soccer, but the girls were very understanding. They quickly understood what I needed and put together a play that fit into the confines of our shot. Piece of cake!
When I got home, Emily made me watch the Hassan Minhaj special, Homecoming King, which turned out to be great. That dude is so nice!
