I chose the spicy brown mustard for this week's theme. Started this project late in the evening and then had to wait for the mustard to get some chill to it in the freezer so it would hold its shape a bit. Good time for some Black Grape and a cold brew.

Happy Macro Monday!

Macro Mondays 'condiments' theme. I tend to think of condiments as savoury so I was surprised but happy to see maple syrup on MM's approved list.

I don't really need excuses to indulge in sweet stuff but this was a very good reason! I made these 'silver dollar' pancakes and drizzled them with delicious maple syrup.

I admit I'm a foodie and will try not to populate my 365 with too many food photos...but when they look as pretty as these do, well now, how can I resist?

(due to time constraints, i had no access to my camera and photoshop to take a better picture and process it properly, but i really wanted to show beads forming when vinegar's mixed with oil)

Macro Mondays - Condiments

Vegemite and butter on toast, yum-scrum!!! There is no condiment that is more Australian than Vegemite, so I had to give it a go!

Branston Pickle, our house is never empty of it, a great condiment to many a dish, and a principle ingredient of a Ploughman’s Lunch.

I really liked that the one shaker was askew.
