"The powers collide and cause chaos they compete for my heart, soul, mind, and strength. I know what is right, but they both pull me apart. The power keeps spiraling and it controls me."

Very quick edit tonight however really happy with the outcome. Learning everyday. A big thank you to David Talley and Sarah Ann Wright for teaching me some great techniques as well as just keeping up with the things you love doing. And thank you to the lovely Christine for modelling in this photo. I hope I have done you proud :)

I dreamt this. Wanted to make a picture of it. It is about a world within a world. #Conceptcollab

I was doing some candid photography in the tram. At home I saw judging by the man behind the lady that it was today probably 'hand under the nose day.'

"Two players. Two sides. One is light... one is dark."

— John Locke (LOST, S1)

Darkness and Light live together in tandem throughout the universe, and they live within the souls of all.

Beautiful things can come from the darkness, but the Light must keep the Dark in check, otherwise you may find yourself trapped within those luring shadows.

Yet, sometimes those shadows can be the most comforting, and thus become the catalyst of the oncoming light.

This picture is for Concept Collaboration.

When I read this month's theme (The Catalyst of Light) I knew I had to have the contrast between dark and light in my image and a silhouette against the sunset at the beach was how I wanted to do it.

A shot from this weekend's rainy Concept Collaboration at Oneonta gorge.

I thought this would be a simple guide to house plants. I didn't think that when I opened it plants would start coming out. I really am attached to plant life. I'm in another world, when you open a book things come out of that book and come to life. Maybe I was a plant wizard in another life or mother nature. P.S. In real life if plants start coming out of any book you might want to run.

A Sweet Dream or A Beautiful Nightmare

Things are Spiraling Out of Control

Two spirals sets: The worm gears and the spiraled wire of a Cordoba classical guitar (Nylon string side). I want to Photoshop a little guy playing guitar on the ledge of the vertical worm. Until then... enjoy!

"The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed. but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new." -Rajneesh

What will really blow your mind is the thought of a tiny person playing guitar on his guitar!

Two sets of spirals: the worm and the wire.

The worm gear on the headstock of a Cordoba classical guitar (Nylon strings side). I was thinking of photoshopping a little guy playing guitar on the ledge at the bottom of the vertical worm. The lighting would be tricky. Anyone want to collaborate in that respect?

Paranoia on my mind got my mind on the fritz.
