In the "old days" libraries were facilities made for people to check books out. Now that we are in the technology world, libraries are used as a quite place to go. Very rarely do I see someone checking out a book when they come here. Ever more rare is to see someone in the library without a computer. Students simply depend on technology.

My new computer with an AMD X2 +6000. Besides the chip there's nothing fancy about it but it's very fast. Clear side is unnecessary, but kinda cool.
The computer a CIA analyst would have used 20-30 years ago. Since it dealt with Top Secret data, the entire computer housing is shielded so errant data couldn't be picked up from outside spies. They later figured out they could get the same effect by shielding an entire building and then just use regular computers.
