You'll note the lack of natural light in here. This is because the only windows led into an internal corridor. I say "corridor" but that doesn't do it justice - it was an office created in the old warehousing half of the block, opposite the server cage.
I'm reliably informed that there is a ball pit located here, the premises having been turned over to a Jungle Gym kinda facility.

So sah damals mein erster Personal Computer aus. Compaq Presario mit 80486 Prozessor, 120 Mbyte Harddisk und mickrigen 16 MB RAM und Windows 95. Davor war ich ein grosser Amiga Fan und habe die PC Welt ziemlich belächelt da dort im Vergleich die technische Entwicklung einfach sehr langsam ablief.

I custom painted the monitor and keyboard on my girlfriends computer last weekend when I was left unattended for too long. ;)
this was one of Steve Jobs first projects the NEXT computer ( rendered in cake) yes, it's a big black cube =)

Computer: Intel Pentium D 940 Presler 3.2GHz LGA 775 Dual-Core Processor on a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L motherboard with GeForce GTS250, 8GB OCZ RAM and over 2.5TB storage. OS is 64bit Windows Vista Ultimate with 2 - 22" ACER widescreen monitors (P224W & AL2223W) and Creative Labs 3.1 audio.
Desk: IKEA Expedit bookcase and desk unit ($120) and a IKEA Lack 43-1/4" shelf above ($20). Lighting is 6 Hampton Bay 3-Light LED task and accent lights (~$46/3pk). Monitor shelf was custom built using a single piece of 1x12" pine and a simple pine fj shoe molding for decoration then painted white to match.
Other: Television is a 50" Samsung DLP with Onkoyo 7.1 surround sound, xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. (Television and receiver are also acting as a 3rd monitor and second sound system for the computer.) Television stand is a Lack TV Unit from IKEA on bed risers to increase storage area underneath.
My second heart. Love the ironic nature..the fabric (none) and the crazy quilt look I love, but with pieces of computers (and photos in the back). My second love being computers. Again, this was show at the "Milagros Del Corazon" and auctioned of with a bunch of other hearts.
