Finally got around to upgrading. This is the MacBook Pro 2.2ghz that was introduced in June 2007. LOVE that backlit keyboard!

In computer keyboard designed just for numbers zero appears before one.
First keyboards did not have zero at all since they used in place the letter O.
Ordinal numbers start from one and not from zero: No one counts: none, first, second ...

Emptying your office can be dangerous. I managed to drop some books on my laptop and struck two keys loose - the Command- and the alt gr-keys.
I managed to find the Command-key and with a little effort put it back on the keyboard - but the alt gr-key is mysteriously gone.

The Ciclomaster cycle computer was one of the most robust computers ever produced. Its durable housing, sealed from moisture like a Rolex dive watch made these units stand up to adverse conditions and serious abuse. They could also be used as a wireless fork mounted unit or when used with a wired harness as a handlebar mounted unit.

Detail of the damage caused by fire at the Evers House in 1977. The house was rebuilt, and it served as the City Museum for some time. I believe that this shot or one quite like it appeared as an historical item in the Denton Record-Chronicle. Oh, the contraption in the upper right hand portion of the photo is a black and white analogue TV antenna. PERSONAL NOTE: Through a computer glitch of some sort, my photos behond this point are hidden. Click the arrow at right to the the rest of this photo exhibit.
Leaving my desk for the night. My screen saver displays news headlines from the Post.
