Sorry not comment...my computer is with problem. It was infected with a trojan and I have to fix it.

Have a nice weekend!

After thinking off and on all week about Rena's behavior, it's apparent that she is a strange cat. She DOESN'T meow at all, except in a moving car, she doesn't sit in boxes, she doesn't knead (making biscuits), she doesn't care about catnip, and she doesn't like chicken, fish, or treats of any kind. She doesn't like high places and doesn't knock anything off a shelf, ever.

She does love to do zoomies through the house, engage me in play, bop Benni Dog and enjoy vying with Benni for my attention. It makes me feel very important to be so in demand. Here she is letting me know it's kibble time, which follows her wet food breakfast which she eats, but only if I brush her the whole time.

She does love me. That's her best trait!

Thank you all for visits, favs and comments, it's greatly appreciated!

The theme is CHIP, they said.

My mind immediately thought "potato chip" however that seemed too obvious so I thought more widely. Computer chip also seemed a bit obvious, however my husband had these little gems with 'legs' to create shadows, so I jazzed them up with red and blue lights. That was fun.

7DWF Wednesdays: Macro or Close up. Honored to get Grandpa's "Slipstick". There is a similar Lawrence 10-B model in the Smithsonian. Circa 1938-1947 & sold for25¢. americanhistory.si.edu/collections/search/object/nmah_121...

As seen at the All About Apple Museum.

Because of my eye surgery I haven't been on Flickr for awhile, except to look at pics, faves but not comments. I'm wearing sunglasses when I'm on the computer! When this guy started pecking at my house I totally forgot to take care of my eyes and took a picture. I hope it didnt' set me back too much! I hope to be posting by next week.

Has this ever crossed your mind? Cause me, whenever watching my Winter forest photos in my computer, I cannot resist thinking of ….chocolate and cream cakes !! Because, just look at this joyful spectacle: a vivid color white contrasting to a lovely brown, within such a fairytale, bright , sparkling, joyful scenery!! My child-inside imagination……wakes up…Well, I don’ regret it….

(Yes,I was walking in joy and gratitude in the woodland of the Château De La Hulpe …wonderland!! Just a few days ago… A thin layer of snow and a bright sun , together with a clear blue sky, becomes a present from Above for any Nature Photographer!!!…)

While I was shooting this photo, a guy came up to me, and said "Wow, you're really using a tripod for shooting photos? I am just shooting handheld using this." he said and showed me a DLSR camera. And I started to explain, how I shoot several exposures, and I mix them together using a computer, and to be able to do that, I have to have identical images. I also explained; some of the exposures are way too long to hold in hand and I have to use a tripod alone for that. And we talked for a little while, and I showed a few of my photos on my iPhone. My sweet new computer setup. A little present to myself for graduating college and getting a "real" job. Good thing I have that job with the price tag that came with this toy.

Of The Computer Tyrants of Colu.

Sometimes people ask me how many MOCs I have together at once.

It used to be just two or three. But since my collection has grown, I can keep more together for longer, so the slacker in me tends to do just that. There are fourteen on the desk right now, but that doesn't include my NCS MOC and several MOCs awaiting disassembly at my in-law's place.

Hangar 21 has worked out really well, as you can see. I've got four fighters crammed in there right now (three are the contest prizes). The other is a redux of the Nemo, which still needs some work.

Everything in this modest image leads to the Gassendi crater. Seeing was definitely not my best ally; The image of the Moon on the computer screen swayed from side to side as a result of atmospheric fluctuations. A lunar photograph does not remotely live up to the view through the eyepiece of my maksutov telescope; The poor vision that was evident with the camera was not noticeable to direct view and all was calm in the soft, deep contrast of the telescope. An intense glow towards the lunar terminator and then, the deepest darkness.

Gassendi rises above the Mare Humorum crowned by a circular rim, barely distorted here by the effect of foreshortening, and a small crater that breaks the edge, generating the visual idea of a diamond ring; Cracks come and go between cliffs and fissures forged in stone and lava millions of years ago.

Perhaps due to the turbulence or my own inexperience, the photograph is far from being a good lunar photo, but it preserves the spatial mystery and the indecipherable sensation of silence of a mythical lunar wasteland.

Building guide now available at chrismcveigh.com

I just got this laptop about a week ago and I love it! My parents bought this for me for school. lol, this will be one of the only times I will say this in my life...But...Thank you, school! It's a Windows 10 and it an awesome computer. It cost about $500, but I only contributed about $200 towards it.

This is my very first computer I have ever owned. For YEARS I had to use my dad's old computer to do everything, and it was so old that it couldn't update anymore and it was SUPER slow. Now I can do everything I've always wanted to do. I can play all of these popular games that everyone always talks about. Minecraft, Garry's Mod, Team Fortress (Just to name a few). I am very grateful to my parents for not only this, but my first phone that I got about a month ago, also for school. So...Um...Thanks parents! XD

Just some reprocessing...

I don't have time for this.

Some computer terminals I made a while ago. Maybe you'll see them used in later MOCs, like the white one was seen in Over The Bank.

Detail pictures here. Also, you can see a video of these here. Go ahead and subscribe to my Youtube channel there as well.

I use my computer throughout the day.

This video was taken immediately as she was delivered by the cat breeders. Siri is her great-grandfather!

Her official name is Dory von Wurzbachtal, a British Shorthair breed.

Dory sez:

"Oh hello there!

I FINKS I is a sort of mini Oceloter cat?

There's a strong possibility that m' mummy is a computer or sumpfin', 'cos ALL computers have OCELOTERS inside them, don't they?"

Editor's Note:

[sic]. I think Dory actually means:

"ALL computers have OSCILLATORS inside them?"

Can't stop to chat right now - gotta unpack m' stuffs and get settled in here! Catch ya laters!"

I came across this photo at work today of a friend and former colleague working intently on his portable computer! Circa late 1980's I believe. I wonder if its operating system was DOS or Windows. There's no mouse nor some other cursor control device that I can see.
