Acrylic paint & oil pastel crayons on canvas 40x40cm.
I like the composition I've painted but I don't like what it looks like. I drew the lyrics on the canvas a few years ago, so i have re-used the canvas. I have tried out some things: dripping, structuring the gesso, layering and stamping.
I am not really sure why I drew the strawberries they seem out of place, but I can't 'kill' them just yet. The bottom part of the canvas seems off but I can't put my finger on it, maybe adding more contrast might do it?
I would like some pushing comments to get me going again.

Now the story goes I was heading home when I just saw this landscape picture waiting to be captured.
I had already changed out of my hiking boots and into something a little more comfortable for the drive home.
Not thinking about anything other than getting the shot in the bag I ran across two wet fields jumped over a broken fence and then got down low for this obscure. composition
The architecture in this place is so overwhelming its like stimulus overload. So many composition possibilities utilizing the art, the people, and the venue. My mind is a mess trying to process all these calculations. I'm sure that going/looking down a spiral stair set and giving myself vertigo doesn't help matters much either.. Time to call it a night.
