After 8 1/2 month clouser for intalling a new 8-10 diamature trunck line for Cooksville Creek from Hurontario, The Mississauga Valley Blvd and Elm Dr intersection will reopen this month..

.

Mississauga Valley Blvd is being prepare to have tempoary asphalt place either this week or next week and could be reopen to trafffic after iit in place. Elm should follow a week or 2 after that and upon completion of reinstalling the intersectio traffic lights..

.

Route 8 and 3 buses are to resume norminal routing around March 27..

CPJ organized a SDG talk and Certificate Giving Ceremony on the completion of inaugural short course on "SDG 16: Achieving Just, Peaceful and Inclusive Society" at CPJ, BRAC University. Ms. Mia Seppo, #UN Resident Coordinator and #UNDP Resident Representative in Bangladesh and Mr. Asif Saleh, Senior Director, Strategy, Communication and Empowerment, BRAC and BRAC International enlightened the ceremony with their presence as special guests. CPJ's Executive Director Mr. Manzoor Hasan, OBE chaired the event and coordinated the talk on SDG. All the participants who completed the course received their certificate from the Honorable guests at the end of the ceremony.

The United Association held its annual Completion Ceremony at the end of its week-long Instructor Training Program Aug. 15. In all, 164 trainers received certificates or degrees, of which 24 received associate degrees from Washtenaw Community College. The ceremony was held at the EMU Convocation Center. The union represents plumbers, fitters, welders and service techs.

Mission Accomplished: Following the completion of their final mission to Bremen, Germany, the crew of Joe Hammersley's Crew 92, including photographer M/SGT Lew Funk, fulfilled their quota and were subsequently sent back to the USA. This poignant moment captures their sense of accomplishment and relief as they prepare to return home after enduring the rigors of combat in the skies over Europe.

B-17G serial 44-8271 "Butch" assigned to the 391st Bomb Sq, 34th BG. Joining the unit in August 1944, she survived the war to return Stateside with a load of veterans on 21 June 1945; by 2 December she was parked with a multitude of her sisters at Kingman, AZ.

Setup is almost done for the new TV. Still moving a few things around + waiting for Microsoft to replace my 360. Anytime now.
