COMPETING FOR COWS

The breeding season, or rut, takes place from late July to early August, when bulls compete with each other to mate with cows. A bull takes advantage of every aspect of his behavior and appearance to seem as dominant as possible. He bellows and paws the ground. He may use his scent to communicate by urinating ad then rolling in the dampened soil. Most ot the tine, the conflict ends when one bull submits and turns away.

WHEN CONFLICT ESCALATES

Physical fights are violent. Bulls lock horns, crash into each other headfirst, or try to gore their opponent. The stake are high – even a small injury can be fatal if it leads to infection.

I upgrade my MBP to leopard two days after it was released. I did it twice, since the first time I had 'Application Enhancer' installed in my MBP, and so I got the blue screen problem. So I decided to use 'transfer file from my old mac' instead .. and it works great!

BTW, I love the new Leopard, even typing Thai in safari is harder than before ..

I think he'll at least place, don't you? He has a great stance! Taken in Columbia County, New York, USA on May 5, 2007.
