ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Sept. 11, 2024) U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen conclude the eleventh annual “Run to Remember” at the U.S. Naval Academy with a remembrance ceremony in T-Court. Midshipmen, split into groups of five, ran the perimeter of the campus in 30-minute increments for 24 hours while carrying an American flag to honor the lives lost on 9/11. As the undergraduate college of our country's naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Early Warning Engagement at Nabukuyu Primary
MCMZ held an Early Warning Engagement meeting with Nabukuyu Primary School management and members of staff who are directly linked to the ViiV Communities for Change Project implementation.
Early this year, Lubuto implemented a ViiV Communities for Change Project in partnership with Musokotwane Compassion Mission Zambia - MCMZ aimed at responding and preventing Child Marriage in Chief Mwanza and Chona Chiefdoms.
In order to effectively achieve the project intended goals and objectives, identification and collaboration enhancement is key to ensure desired results.
The Early Warning Engagement meeting was attended by LLP Acting Country Director, Hadassah Kasukumya, ViiV Communities for Change Project Coordinator, Esnart Mapenzi Mangwato among other members of staff.
