The circus was packing up and it was virtually dark, so I tried for one last photo before they would be gone. These are some of the little cars they had parked around town for advertising. They were stacked this way on the back of a lorry. There was a fence in the way (which I left in) ... anyway its just a ???? ta practice a few Photoshop things I've been learning. I think it sums the circus up, compacting for travelling.

All these are nice to use and produce great images.
The XA4 is one of a few fixed lens cameras that is wide angle.
A fine lens and it focus down to 0.3 metre.
Things I don't like are no filter / lens hood mounting, and DX coding. The DX is easily over ridden with a bit of electrical tape then I can set the ISO manually for a bit more control.
The 35RC needed new light seals and I have made these from black felt rather than foam. Only other issue with this is the battery. Best solution is a thirty quid batery adapter from the Small Battery Company. Otherwise it is off setting the ISO to compensate from slightly higher voltage of the S625PX silver oxide batteries that is available now.
The Pen has limited versatility but it works really well in most conditions except low light, it just stops working when it gets to 1/40 at f2.8. So fast film in the winter.

These are the last of the CD and water drop photos I took a couple weeks ago. I have been busy editing some of my Smoky Mountain and Zoo shots lately and forgot about these. Enjoy!!!!
My sons, my partner and I were waiting for dinner here, as this moon came out. I did not have my DSLR with me, so my eldest son kindly lent me my former compact camera, which he is using at the time. I used the dinner table as a tripod, and a knife as a ballhead. The following night I went back prepared.
I am in love with these new compacts! Double mirrors on the inside, they measure about 2 by 2. Will make on a commission basis! <3
Near 4th St, in Louisville, Kentucky. I saw this man sleeping on a bench, and I want to take a picture of him on my second lap around the block. When I got back, it seems he was awaken, by a newly wed couple and their photographer from the near church. I felt a little sad for the hobo, as he looked on.
1967 map shows unbuilt M5 and M32. No UWE/Bristol Polytechnic campus, no HP buildings, no Aztec West. Stoke Gifford is a small village, and Bradley Stoke is fields.

I love this camera!
It looks great and handles great. It's quite compact but feels weighty and solid. The lens is nice too. It's completely manual - no light meter or focusing aids but surprisingly easy to use and pretty forgiving.
This parking lot has really small spots, and Jessica and I are always leaving notes under the windshield wipers of big honkin' SUVs and trucks and such who park in these compact-only spots. Anyway, Jessica's scooter is definitely compact.
I bought the Farfisa Compact Duo from California with no Farfisa F/AR power supply and Reverb Unit recently , SO I then bought a Farfisa Transicord accordion in Sweden.... with a Farfisa F/AR power supply and Reverb Unit......
The 2 farfisas had different power cables, one was USA (7 pins) and one was EU (10 pins)
wow.... so I had to get my electrical hat on....
Using the circuit diagram of the 2 different plugs
and run tiny cables from 1 to the the other.....
and IT WORKED !!!!!!
