After a large snowfall earlier in November, the temperatures warmed enough to melt the snow. These weather changes provide moody mornings of foggy conditions, and often colorful sunrises.
Leaving for work early, there is only a little light in the sky.

This is what the traffic looks like from our place, all the way to Sault Ste. Marie on the TransCanada Highway. That's the joy of living here instead of the big city.. not to mention the great scenery!
A commute is a journey you take from home to work and back again. You might enjoy your subway commute because it gives you lots of time to read...and to be lonely. Oops I mean alone!

Waiting for Amtrak to pass, IC 1021 sits on CN's Chicago Sub with train L536, alongside Metra Electric's 59th Street - University of Chicago station.
"Evening Commute 2:" The second image where I was lucky to capture some birds in flight across the sky in this scene looking at the Granite Dells at Watson Lake to Flagstaff's snow-covered Mt. Humphrey's peaks in the distance.
My 1 hour commute took just over 2 hours today...just thankful no crashes to deal with and satellite radio to keep me entertained. We are getting walloped with a good amount of snow in MN and WI. This cell phone shot is taken coming into downtown Stillwater MN.
C-FOPD, a Pilatus PC-12/47E, accelerating down runway 15 at Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport in Markham, Ontario.
It is operated by the Ontario Provincial Police from its base at Thunder Bay, Ontario.
The commute to work aboard a rigid inflatable boat to an oil rig offload mooring point, in the middle of the North Sea.
