The Workforce Summit for the Alief area was held at the Kim Son Restaurant, 10603 Bellaire Blvd., Wednesday, Sept. 15. HCC is responding to workforce and training needs as expressed by the diverse southwest Houston-area communities.

Organised and supported by Glasshouse Community-Led Design who helped local stakeholders develop their plans and vision for the community centre.

Over the course of my career in KM I have been involved in a few stimulating initiatives, specifically for communities.

It is actually a daunting task and I have actually many CoP champions to see the big picture using concept maps.

It is best to start with purpose and emotions and then work your way with available resources.

Marketing is not my forte, but still doing something that is spread in time means it is easy to lose track and focus.

These maps help to stay focused and remain with the singular purpose of the CoP.
