Les premières traces d'hommes préhistoriques en Armorique datent d'un demi-million d'années. Mais c'est seulement à partir du néolithique que l'on voit apparaître de grands alignements de pierres. Ces pierres gardent une grande part de son mystère puisque l'on ignore exactement les motivations qui conduisirent à l'érection de ces blocs de pierre qui mesurent parfois plus de 6 mètres de hauts.
Depuis la plus haute Antiquité, l'homme a doté les pierres de vertus talismaniques.

Funded by U.S. Department of State, World Learning is designing and implementing a professional exchange program, the Digital Communication Network, from June 10-28, 2017. This will be the third iteration of the program, which brings professionals from Eastern Europe and Central Asia to the United States to study topics such as trends and tools in digital communication; the impact of technology on marketing strategies; and social media management. Following the first exchange in 2015, the original participants established the Digital Communication Network as an independent professional association, which has registered over 3,000 members globally and conducted further workshops and events in Moldova, Lithuania, Poland, Armenia, and Ukraine.
Soldiers from U.S. Army Garrison Fort Hamilton and Marine Reservists from the 6th Communication Battalion, assigned to Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, cleared debris from Denyse Wharf on March 10.
The effort prepares the historic site for Sail 250, a maritime celebration scheduled for July 2026 to mark the nation’s 250th anniversary. The cleanup supports preparations for a parade of tall ships and military vessels that will pass through the Verrazzano Narrows during the event.
Denyse Wharf, once an 18th century ferry landing between Bay Ridge and Staten Island, was the site where British forces came ashore on Aug. 22, 1776, at the start of the Battle of Brooklyn.
The British later used the ferry during their 1783 evacuation of Long Island. The wharf’s remains are visible from the Bay Ridge Promenade, just south of the Verrazzano Narrows Bridge.
Both the wharf and nearby Fort Hamilton are listed on the New York State Revolutionary War Trail.

This work is the basics in becoming a good visual communication designer. Design is not only about expressing one’s personal thoughts and feelings. Rather, it needs to be a product that many people can relate to and feel attracted to. So it’s important for people to recognize what the design is trying to express before having to hear it from the designer him/herself. However, the ability to produce a design that others can easily relate to is difficult to master. In order to learn this method,
